“The service was very good thank you. The range of drinks was good, the food selection and standard was satisfactory. We had an enjoyable time and all measures regarding Covid 19 were in place and being adhered to. With regard to airport lounges in general, I have found that the price has increased greatly and unfortunately this is not reflected in the overall experience of the stay.”

“Nice lounge with airside views, charging points and refreshments all you could want really. Gluten Free food provision could be better but was ok.”

“Quiet, clean and comfortable. Well spaced out seating during the covid crisis. All at a reasonable price. The only criticism i would have is that most of the food is flour or bread based. An enjoyable stay and i will use it again.”

“Very welcoming staff, beautiful ambience. I was there around lunch time and ordered an Indian curry with red wine. Good wine and good food ! They are observing the rules of social distancing. Look forward to using the lounge again.”

“Service was excellent, staff efficient and polite. The reason for the low mark was because the snack of cheese and crackers was very disappointing. The cheese had no taste whatsoever. However the cocktails were very tasty, everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. Would use it again. Thank you”

“As always the lounge in Nairobi is clean and welcoming. The staff are always eager to help and have a laugh with us, when traveling through the airport. I probably visit Kenya 5 or 6 times a year and always use this lounge. The only reason it doesn’t get full marks, is due to its size. It can be sold out very easily, forcing you to try and find another lounge (not as nice). And with the current CV19 restrictions, it has even less capacity. Keep up the good work guys, see you in a couple of weeks”

“I have used on a pay per go basis in the past and always found the lounge a calming area before a long flight, so I purchased a year pass unfortunately, when I the lounge for the first time using the year pass which was a simple process quarantine restric changed our plans, but looking forward to using again when restrictions are lifted”
