Having read some of the unfavourable reviews we were not anticipating a relaxed experience. However, unlike some reviewers we did not encounter any rude or unhelpful staff, and the lavatories were very clean. Service was slow at times - 20 minutes before someone came to take our order. However, I think our arrival may have coincided with a very busy time, because nearly all the seats were taken, so perhaps unsurprising that the staff found it difficult to provide a speedy service. Overall, a pleasant surprise.

As we had used Manchester Aspire Airport Lounge T1 before, we decided to book it again. Although the arrangements for COVID were done well, the shortage of employees caused long lines to order food and drinks, which was also served in limited amounts.

Feedback on Luton Aspire. Pleasant and polite staff - thank you. Slow and elongated check-in process for staff to follow? Always queues to get in. Understaffed and therefore slow service. No menu cards so unaware of offering. No bread, toast or bun served with full English but there was lettuce?! Thank you.

Visited on the 22 Sept 2020. The buffet service is currently suspended until further notice, whatever you want, you'll need to ask one of the staff and they'll fetch it for you. I didn't have any problem with it. The upside was the lounge was deadly quiet at what should have been a busy time in the afternoon.

Hi.unfortunately we didn't travel as our holiday was cancelled. And I didn't cancel my booking to the lounge as I I thought it would be short notice. However,when I spoke to Philip regarding a change in times,he was amazing,very helpful and accommodating. So although I cant give a review of the lounge,I will give Philip 5 stars. We hope to book the lounge next year when we travel in June.

In the midst of Covid it was exceptionally quiet. Assisted buffet but very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I much rather relax in the comfort of an executive lounge than sit in the main departure lounge at Bristol airport, particularly during these times when you feel you cant relax. Worth the money as plenty of choices and not much more than a meal and couple of pints in the main departure lounge.

First thing to say that staff were brilliant cannot praise them enough and we felt safe If this pandemic is going to go on much longer than we all thought you will have to become more imaginative about food. Fine for veggies/ vegans which we are not However we will continue to use you as lt is a so much better environment than the main airport

We've never used an Executive Lounge before, but given the present situation we thought it was a good idea. It was extremely pleasant, friendly people, my husband enjoyed his breakfast (2nd one of the early morning), the reason I've given it only 4 stars is because it doesn't have it's own toilets, that would have been very nice indeed.

We visit the lounge a lot Usually at breakfast time was bit disappointed with food on offer being after 12pm as my daughter has nut allergy and wasn’t able to eat any food as main on offer was with nuts and was sitting next to the other food so couldn’t take the chance if it had touched Wouldn’t have thought you would have put a meal out with nuts especially with so many people having allergies to them and the other option was butternut squash
