“Was a bit short on food at the time so had to wait - didn’t have enough cutlery for use with the breakfast which wasn’t good as had to wait for it breakfast getting cold. Didn’t think the cost was of value this time”

“Everywhere was safe and staff were excellent. The only reason I have not given it a 5 star is because I had a sausage Bap and the sausages were overcooked - possibly microwaved for too long. Sorry I did not complain at the time. Yes we will go again!”

“We visited and was extremely pleased with all the efforts to deal with current covid issues we are dealing with. All staff were very pleasant and followed the strict guidelines . Quality of.food.and drink was excellent albeit restricted which we understood. The restrictions on 3 drinks did not sit well with us as you were able to buy bottles of Champagne and everyone has a different threshold. You should review this rule.”

“We always book executive lounges but this was the first time with social distancing. It was all being dealt with wonderfully. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Did feel the food option could be extended as there wasnt a great choice. Only single measures were being served, would have been better if you coukd have doubles.”

“The lounge was clean & tidy. The lady at reception tried to get us to sit right by entrance doors but we walked further in and found empty tables in a quieter spot. The food & soup was hot and had a good favor . Though if you didn’t like spicy food think you would have been disappointed as there were no other options. We will definitely use the lounges again.”

“Greeted by pleasant staff, all new rules explained. All food was boxed but limited menu just now, had to wait for more food to be put out. Had wine which was nice enough. Good WiFi Everywhere clean, nice and relaxed, would definitely use again.”

“Visited lounge in Edinburgh service and staff excellent as always Aware of need for changes due to Co Vid 19 but puzzled by no trays for carrying food bit tricky if you are travelling alone Also capped drink quota may be some reasoning behind it I never overindulge but found cap a bit restrictive”
