“Visited Birmingham 3 times since December but NOT in March because it was closed......Will you be extending my annual pass for the duration of non availability due to the corona virus? I appreciate you had to follow government advice on this of course.”

“Was cancelled due to Coronavirus but normally love your lounges but find the one at T5 Heathrow one of my least favourites it's not big enough and never any staff around if your on any early flight”

“It was a haven after arriving four hours early for my flight at a worrying time when the Covid 19 virus was beginning to make headlines. I relaxed, had breakfast, read the papers, recharged iPhone and iPad and enjoyed a comfortable and peaceful corner to myself. The staff were courteous and spent their time cleaning surfaces with bacterial spray so it felt as safe as it gets. There was a hand wipe facility close to the food area, all was being done that could be done at the start of this outbreak . Thank you.”

“Food and service good. We left the lounge early, probably not taking full advantage of what was on offer, to ensure we were at the departure gate in plenty of time. Unfortunately we were unable 2 complete our trip due to the corona virus outbreak. Disappointing, but outwith anyones control.”

“Pleasant space. Quiet until some noisy children arrived. Very clean in the circumstances and kept clean. Food OK. Not very hot once out a while. Reasonable choice. Most staff friendly and helpful. No newspapers nor everyday magazines.”
