Excellent lounge overlooking the runway. Quiet, unlike departure lounge! Staff very friendly and efficient. Food selection was very good and just what was needed before our flight. Selection of drinks v.ery good. All in all a great way to start a holiday

We were in Aspire Plus & enjoyed the hot & cold food available on the day, it was good and the staff were very eager to assist with our drinks etc. Overall a very good experience away from the humdrum of the airport.

Not enough seats, especially as people take over multiple seats with bags and sleeping across seats were available. This is not just your lounge, we have had problems with pay lounges across the world, so much so we think sometimes it is not worth the money to feel cramped instead of relaxing before a long flight.

Very polite staff. Quiet ambience. Clean and good choice of breakfast food. The only criticism would be that there was a lack of freshly baked bread and complimentary newspapers.

Always a very good experience to relax in Aspire Lounges. To improve your services requires an update on the foods provided. Certain basics such as fresh fruit and mixed nuts would be most welcome.

on arrival we got our drinks but couldnt have a basic bacardi and coke.the was very poor no sandwicks and wraps as advertised.main coarses were all sauce no filling. extremely dissapointed would not book again.

Staff were very welcoming the lounge was busy bags on seats people sleeping taking up space. The food was ok but warm not hot coffee machine was not working properly. The view could have been better. This is our second time we used you du to my wife being disabled.

Entered lounge on opening and was given a warm welcome. We were directed to the seating area (there are some sofas but mostly table and chairs). The breakfast offering was a buffet with plenty of pastries, some cooked elements, fruit and cereals. The only negative was that the pancake machine was not functioning properly. There was a bar attendant on duty who served the drinks at the bar and was very helpful. In all value for money but would suggest making the actual space/room a bit more welcoming as it is very clinical and quite dull surroundings.

Very relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Attentive but not fussy staff. Allowed us into the lounge earlier than booked for as they were quiet on the day. Reasonably good food and drink selection. Overall worth paying for.

The executive lounge overall was a pleasure experience. However I will say that detailed on their website it claimed to serve a wide variety of drinks and alcohols but when we got there there was 2 largers, 3 fruit juices and a couple of other drinks like absolut vodka and gin.... They did not the selection they claimed to have on their website... Which was a let down because we picked this lounge over the other due to the more varied drinks menu! Also, with desserts there was 1 piece of cake left and there was no message to say that there was any more or that they had ran out. It was only when I asked the bar man whether they have anything sweet that he said no, then looked under the desk and found a box of macaroons and gave me 2. After this he returned the box under the counter and did not out them out for other guests to enjoy.. I even though this was one of the desserts stated on their website. Overall, like I said it was a pleasant enough experience to enjoy a couple of hours of relaxation before your flight and It was worth the money. However, there was just a couple of points. **Make note - when you are in the lounge they DO NOT make any flight announcements, you have to continuously check the departure board. Enjoy 😊

Nice and quiet atmosphere. Forgot you were at a busy airport. Food was OK. A couple of choices of joy and cold food. Definitely would use again as it is so peaceful compared with the terminal!
