We have used Manchester Airport for over 35 years and never thought of using a lounge but we used them quite a few times on a visit to South Africa last year and thought what a good idea. We had an 8:30 flight from Manchester and decided to use the lounge at T2 and were glad we did, it was not too busy and all the areas were very clean, there was a reasonable choice of food and drinks and it was a very pleasant way to spend a couple of hours prior to boarding our flight. My wife and daughter have already booked for when they have their girlie week away and we will certainly book again when we go away later in the year.

There was a huge queue and we had to wait to be seated (even though we booked a specified time). The food was luke warm and not very inspiring to eat. There was only 1 sweet choice of cake and a few bits of fruit and the fridges were not stocked of drinks so you had to queue to get served however all staff were efficient and excellent in their customer service.

We had an early morning flight from Edinburgh airport and booked into aspire lounge; the breakfast was first class but no toast, the staff were very nice and the lounge peaceful, we will definitely use in the future ten out of ten.

Peaceful and comfortable area. Food plentiful and hot. Could do with a little more variety in the pastries.

Comfortable Lounge but not quite the standard of Swiss or Singapore. Cheese board ran out quickly. Lmited selection of hot food kept in wide dishes/no lids so not so hot.

Nice quiet lounge to chill before flight. Breakfast not too bad although I heard a few complaints, I.e. no tomatoes or mushrooms, no vegan choice, also toaster was not working, but plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juices and pastries. Toilets were clean and as my flight was delayed was able to stay in lounge longer. Also complimentary drinks was nice so had a Bacardi and Diet Coke.

The aspire lounge at Birmingham international airport was comfortable with a good choice of food and drinks. It had places for charging phones etc and the wi fi was quite good. I would use it again when flying from Birmingham.

We stayed in the Aspire lounge on the 13th February 2020 when we arrive the lady at the desk turned us away and said we had not book it was not until we went outside that I retrieve the email to show her that she let us in. The buns for the bacon and sausages were hard and when I asked for some bacon to be well cooked the reply was no. Other than this the staff were friendly.

There wasn't a huge choice of food, a bit disappointing. The drinks selection was fairly good. I think a better selection of cold sandwiches, and the hot food available could be better.

The lounge was not busy on Sunday 2nd Feb. Food and drink good and drinks were served by staff at the bar. I didn’t mind that and l realise it isn’t a business class lounge. I would be prepared to pay more if the lounge was refurbished and less canteen feel. Lights are harsh and lacks ambience. I think there is a missed opportunity to really think about what the customer wants, bearing in mind most flights from terminal 2 are long haul and it would have been a better start to my trip to Maldives in a more ambient environment. First time at Aspire Manchester Unfortunately for me l would class it as acceptable based on price paid and staff who were polite and well presented. Thanks Michaela M.

I was in the lounge early morning and was only able to sit in a certain part of the lounge for some reason. The breakfast food was ok but only warm. There were only large bread rolls available. Terminal 3 is much better!

had to wait to be logged in, in a small space between reception and the toilets. was unexpectedly put into VIP area, which was ok but very dark and would be good if VIP are quiet zone without beeping phones constantly. VIP area keep clean and tables cleared regularly. friendly staff and good selection of drinks and food.

Awful choice of food, not replenished, asked to pay for crisps! Contacted head office after my return from holiday as I had paid over £200 for 9 people to have some crackers and cheese and some drinks. My complaint has been totally dismissed and I have been they cannot charge for crips dispite being told this by a staff member. Staff opinion is the only only opinion that counts . VERY Disappointing to say the least!

Although we were happy with our visit in general, was not happy at all when we were asked to move from a lounge area to accommodate Business Class clients flying with Sinapore Airlines. After all we are paying customers just like them.

A lovely relaxed way to start our break. The lounge was very modern and relaxing. Food was excellent and staff first class. Very friendly and great views of the runway. Plenty of choice for drinks. Really enjoyed it. Will definitely be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
