“We originally booked into the lounge at terminal one however this was then changed as we had to rebook our holiday due to the Thomas cook collapse, I rang up and the lady on the phone was very accommodating and helped me change my booking over to terminal 2, I received my confirmation email and so this was confirmed. Upon arriving at the lounge I was told my name was not down as booked I tried multiple times to show the lady my booking confirmation which showed I was booked at terminal 2 which she was not taking into account, at this point there was a queue and she rang terminal 1 to see if I was booked Down there which I was so this must not have been transferred over at no fault of my own as I had a confirmation for terminal 2 she then went on to tell me I can’t just change terminal I have to ring up and do it, which if she had bothered to listen to me and check my email she would see it was an internal error not an error of mine, I was not happy with the way I was spoken to especially in front of a crowd, it was not a great start to our holiday and it would make me think twice before booking with aspire lounges again. Once in the lounge staff were scarcely on the bar meaning a long wait however food was good and when drinks were served they were nice and I have no complaints regarding this”

“Too many people booked in. There were 3 of us and we couldn't even sit together. Only one bar person so a long time waiting for drinks. Waited 20 minutes for quiche, only to be told when I asked again, it would be another 20 minutes. The quiche never came. Worst lounge I have been in.”

“Food cold , no variety at all , drinks are good and staff , definitely would not use again , the staff o 2 occasions could be heard stating it is over priced and the food is i wont repeat but begins with a S and ends with s T says it all reallly”

“The whole experience from booking to checking in was very easy. The lounge and facilities were clean. Choice of food was good and tasted better. The staff were smart, welcoming and friendly. A very good start to our break.”

“Quick and easy to get book. The lounge is comfortable and when we were there, there were plenty of seats. The food was ok, I had the pasta, the rest of my family had the curry, all were happy and said it was tasty. Service was quick and everyone was helpful. The toilets were clean. It was much more relaxing than sitting in the airport!”

“I visited lounge with my friends who hadn’t visited before and they were very impressed with a result they will be returning guests as they said it was the only way to start your holiday the service was excellent as was the food 🥘 we couldn’t fault a thing much more civilised than looking for seats 💺 in the airport lounge and excellent customer service we will be back my friends are telling everyone about their experience the only way to start your holiday”

“Fabulous experience from the staff, to the comfort and to the food. With a 6 hour lay over in Calgary this was a great way to spend the time. Well worth the money. Looking forward to my next trip and will definitely book again.”

“Helpful and friendly staff; variety of seating options to enable different users to find the right space to chat/work/make calls etc.. Food options are fine, with choice of hot dishes and range of salads. Breakfast is especially good! Decor a bit tired, but perfectly acceptable. Recommended.”

“I found the lounge to be very peaceful and stress free Drinks and food ample. Staff very polite, showed me around on arrival with it being my first visit to the Aspire plus. Would recommend.”

“We chose the Aspire Lounge having tried a different not so good Terminal 5 lounge last year.We had an excellent view of the planes on the tarmac. The deli food and drinks (no free champagne!) were good .The seating was comfortable”
