“I was extremely disappointed with Aspire Lounge T5 at Heathrow. I refer to your comment on the website that you do not announce flights in order to maintain a calm ambiance, however I was shocked at how busy it was. Noise, and even staff vacuuming while trying to relax. In addition, despite booking in advance, we had to wait for a table or somewhere to site and as a result was rushed to eat our breakfast. My experience was anything BUT relaxing. At one point I waited 11 minutes at the bar to order drinks as there were no staff, eventually another guest knocked on the kitchen door to ask for a member to come to the bar to take orders.”

“Great service, relaxing start to our holiday. We were also offered an upgrade to the new Lomond lounge, which unfortunately we had to refuse, but a really nice touch. We use the lounge for all our holidays and don't have any complaints, great price for good service provision.”

“The stay was good with the exception of the young girl who greeted me at the entry counter who was abrupt and totally lacked any customer service manners or experience.”

“We were delighted with "Aspire". We were travelling Premium Economy as Business was a bit too expensive and therefore did not have a lounge. Travelling from the North of England to Heathrow by train and Tube we felt we needed somewhere to relax before an eight hour flight to India. I looked on the internet and found "Aspire" amongst other lounges and chose it. Price was a factor, we liked the discount for Seniors. What a lovely surprise, warm welcome by delightful staff, comfortable chairs, good food and that important gin and tonic! It was as good as some Business lounges we have been in. We could have had a shower at a small extra price, but did not require that. The toilets were spotlessly clean. I am planning to give our family returning to Australia a Christmas present of four places at "Aspire", Manchester in late December. Well done"Aspire".”

“Very enjoyable and relaxing start to our honeymoon. The only comment I would suggest is having a wider range of drinks and snacks as only one bottled beer was available in the lager selection and some nuts/ crisps/ olives would have been good instead of heavy cake items.”

“As we were a large group it was nice to have a specific table reserved for us as the lounge was busy we would of had to sit separately otherwise. Food was good quality & very varied. The bar had a great selection of drinks & the staff where prompt & polite.”
