“I have been in both executive and aspire at Manchester Airport, I personally will only go back to Aspire. I found the food not to a good standard and limited choice, the bread rolls were hard. I thought it was expensive for the quality.”

“Booked here for second time well worth it Food choice small but there’s something for everyone Quiet lounges for those of us who are anxoius about flying gives you time to recover from the stressful checking in and security malarkey Staff courteous and friendly at all times Tables cleared of used plates and glasses Overall fab experience Will never stay upstairs in the hustle and bustle agin”

“Deep Fried sausages 🤮 No toast No brown bread Cold bacon Having the number of drinks (2)your having questioned by the bartender All in all this was a very poor experience and terrible way to start our holiday. We would not recommend this lounge to anyone as we felt it was a total waste of money.”

We are disappointed to hear you did not enjoy your stay in the lounge, unfortunately we do not offer toast or brown bread as part of our menu. “Very pleasant greeting and treatment throughout our stay. A variety of hot and cold food was available, which we thought was ample prior to flying. Also a wide variety of hot and cold drinks, including alcoholic beverages. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.”

“Had a wonderful visit to the new aspire lounge.I highly recommend it to friends and family going on holiday.Hope to be back in march. Far superior to No1 lounge.Staff at aspire are friendly,helpful and a credit to their employer.”

“Disappointing visit on the start of a major holiday. The bar had run out of gin, which was blamed on erratic deliveries (despite the duty free shops below obviously having plenty), and the food offering was extremely limited and unappetising. Crisps were down to two packets of the same flavour. Cannot fault the staff who were very nice, but poor value for money and will not visit again.”

“Maureen and Alec were so very obliging and welcoming on our very early 430am on the 19th Nov. visit into the new aspire lounge, they did all they could to oblige us with a very welcoming manner....... Can I just add that myself and my hubby both would have had one or two Morgans spice or bacardi to toast or holiday, but sadly these have no longer been provided... What a shame as these are very popular amongst the older passenger like ourselves...”

“Service excellent and the place want too loud. Got my champagne on arrival and the queues weren’t too bad. Food was decent aswell, definitely be back”
