“I was delighted with this lounge as the I think when you look at the name of the lounge you could interpret this lounge as a bulk standard service where in fact it was better than British airways first class at heathrow airport ! Properly hot cooked hot food , excellent staff service position above Mc Donald’s at Dubai airport T3, extremely excellent value for money”

“We were supposed to be using the lounge last September and this December but due to covid it was not to go ahead. I must say I am impressed that they have allowed me to move dates when holidays have been cancelled with ease. I love the lounge as it's a relaxing start to our holiday and use them every time I go away well worth the money”

“I’m a frequent flyer and registered disabled so I always use the lounges for convenience and safety. The staff are very helpful and do their jobs with a smile. Choice of food is better at breakfast time than at lunchtime”

“Clean and comfortable. Plenty of drink and snack options. Courteous and professional staff. Convenient location for passing time before a flight, particularly during COVID when trying to avoid large crowds. I hope the lounge can work with the check in counter to allow people with long layovers to stay longer than the 3 hours prior to flight. We had a 6 hour layover at JKIA (in transit from Mombasa to Doha) but because the check in counters didn't open until 3 hours prior to flight, we were stuck just sitting on the first floor of the airport with no wi-fi until after check in where we could then head upstairs to the lounge.”

“We really do enjoy our stay in the executive lounges as it is comfortable clean relaxing place to be before your flight.The staff from booking to arrival in the lounge are helpful warm and friendly.we have never had any problems whatsoever.”

“Entrance is always easy with excellent reception staff helping and informing you. The lounge is well set out with plenty of nice seating and tables. The food on offer is of a good quality and is refreshed regularly. The variety of beverages offered are excellent. The staff service is very good. I highly recommend the use of this lounge.”

“staff were kind and courteous , the place was busy and operating differently due to the covid stuff, but definitely beat sitting outside on uncomfortble benches watching the screens and eating food from the vending machine, free wifi was nice too”
