“Plenty of refreshments to choose from, replenished regularly. Comfortable seating, clean and relaxing. I felt I was able to start my holiday as soon as I walked into the lounge, thank you !”

“This is an amazing experience during any long stay at the London Heathrow airport. The staff is kind and attentive, the seating areas are roomy and constantly cleaned, they have numerous charging stations and private areas off to the side to safely nap in. The culinary items you can choose from are of good standard for the price. They have started to upcharge for higher end drinks and champagne. All in all a well serviced and accommodating place to rest during an extended layover. I will always book my space there during extended flights.”

“Our visit to the Aspire Lounge was great the staff were very attentive and making sure we had what we needed . They had every thing in place to deal with social distancing measures . And i would recommend it to everyone who wants to relax before flying”

“I'm sure the new lounge at Luton is lovely but unfortunately since I bought my year membership this lounge, which I would have used a lot, has been shut for refeb/ closed for Covid or my flights from Luton have been cancelled because of Covid. I know none of this is your fault but I really haven't been able to enjoy my membership :-(”

“We find them very good. My daughter is a teacher so usually when we travel it's a busy time. Lounges give you chance to relax away from the crowds and have a bite to eat and drink in comfort.”
