“On arrival at Bristol Aspire Plus, meet at reception and told what to do. Very few people in. My wife went to the bar and ask for a dry white wine and lemonade, only to be told it's down there. Opening the cabinet to see lots of bottles, see them asked which is the dry white. Only to be told i don't know. The attitude of the 3 gentlemen serving was not helpful at all. Very disappointed. Also having used lounges at Gatwick and Edinburgh, Bristol was such a let down. We have used Bristol before, but if this the best Aspire Plus can do, then we will have to go back to Wetherspoons or a sandwich and a packet of crisps. We can understand when people are busy, but to have no interest in good service, when there are very few people in is not good enough. We use executive lounges because of the service and the peace and quiet, also pay the money for that reason. The general decor is not up to executive standard. Await your reply.”

“Place was packed, no free tables even though I'd booked months in advance. I went back to the desk and they put us into a side room. Food was OK, service OK and on the whole worth the money.”

“Everything not bad . U s b chargers should be on the table so as not to reach down . More selection at breakfast choice could be better. Our previous lounge visit was at 1903 . We feel that we was spoilet at that lounge and expected the same or better at yours.”

“We use this lounge every time we fly. Great selection of drinks- alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The breakfast is always top quality and we love the fact you can just help yourself, eat and drink as much or as little you like. It's a lot more relaxed than the public departure area and there's no queuing for anything. The price (if booked online) certainly justifies the service you receive. I highly recommend this lounge.”

“Fantastic experience for my first visit to the Aspire lounge,from the moment of entry and being greeted by Renée who explained everything cheerfully despite it being 5am! The herb sausages for breakfast were beautiful,a nice surprise compared to regular sausages really.In fact all the food on offer was really good and plentiful,coffee was great too.Its a fantastic lounge especially when compared to Dublin airport,which I personally find poor in relation to what's on offer.Theres also plenty sockets for recharging gadgets and daily newspapers too.Dont forget to purchase your Aspire lounge pass online to save money and simply show your pass on your phone or print out for entry.Full marks from me to Aspire lounge,keep up the good work and keep hold of Renée as it's people like this lady that complete the overall lounge experience.”
