“The drinks where great lot of choice and you could have as many as you like, the staff lovely the one thing that let it down was the food it was shocking the hot food was like it had been there for days all dried up and not a lot of choice the cold stuff was just ok.”

“Was an extremely enjoyable experience before my flight to the US. Food was hot and the variety was good. Will return on my next flight, far better than more expensive lounges I’ve used.”

“A very quiet restful area, very comfortable and friendly staff. We were in the morning and the cooked breakfast was nice, although not a lot of choice, as the ‘cold’ food was not refilled. A pleasant experience and value for money.”

“The club lounge was easy to find within the airport. Breakfast was excellent and varied. All in all an excellent start to our holiday as it was a very relaxing experience. We will most certainly do this before every flight again.”

“Delayed flight enable us to use the lounge longer than we anticipated. Which helped us to overcome our frustration, selection of drinks was excellent, could improve the selection of food options. Thank you.”

“We recently spent a couple of hours here and I have to admit that following some of the poor reviews I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but it was clean, comfortable and the food we had from the buffet was hot and tasty - all in all two satisfied customers 😀”

“We were more impressed than on previous visits because of the range of foods on offer at breakfast time, ie sausages scrambled eggs and bacon and my other half was VERY impressed with the new pancake machine, also the speed and efficiency that the tables were cleared of used glasses and plates, but unfortunately i still found the seats a bit uncomfortable and the tables a bit low to eat food from.”

“On arrival staffing levels were very low, the staff were struggling to find our booking, the woman who checked us into the lounge was not very polite or welcoming. The lounge was messy and there was a constant queue for the bar which meant it took 10 mins to be served a beer. Normally a very good service but food levels were low and not replenished very quickly, 2 large groups of parties in stag/birthday tops. Struggled to get seated, no high chair for our child and plates or empty glasses were not cleared from our table during our stay. Very disappointed, put us off flying from Bristol in the future. Would look to stick with the BA lounge flying out of Heathrow.”
