“we found the lounge to be roughly two thirds full so still plenty of room. area was clean and tables cleared quickly by staff when vacated. not much choice of food and quality could have been better. drink choice was limited with only one type of lager one type of bitter, guinness and no cider (which I drink). nice to have the water fountains on the bar for quick refills. will probably look to book an alternative lounge in the future.”

“Very comfortable and relaxed away to wait on your flight. The hot food was not entirely to my taste hence the score but there was sufficient cold selection to satisfy me, will definitely use it again.”

“In the Gatwick North it was a very poor menu the hot dishes were all BEAN based and I can say it wasn't nice on the plane either as several of your guest were on the same flight .we experience your lounge at Luton and it was great that’s why we book Gatwick it was a total let down”

“everything you require for a traveller, charging points ..excellent food and drink , plenty of space , quiet area, helpful staff.. plenty of departure information screens...superb ...and good value for money ..don't tell everyone , don't want it crowded next time !!”

“Overcrowded and unable to get a quiet, cosy seat - they whole reason for making the booking. Available food nothing like what was described in your online menu. On the strength of this, it is highly unlikely that my wife and I would use these facilities again.”

“My wife and I use the lounge regular and our last visit was very comfortable relaxing away from the hustle and bustle. The staff on duty were very good polite and chatty. We will be booking shortly again for our trip in April. Thank you”

“Too crowded. Seating uncomfortable. One toilet was unusable, floor covered in water. Had to go and ask a staff person to put a toilet roll in one of the bathrooms. All in all a very disappointing experience. Kathleen Thomson”

“Large area reserved for Singapore airlines passengers which limits the amount of space for others. Choice of food and drinks not quite as varied as Escape lounge. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Sadly my experience at the Gatwick Lounge wasn't as good as I had expected. Food choice was poor at 9.45am and there were no magazines or papers which were advertised when I booked 9 months ago. I was simply told 'oh we don't have those anymore'. Drinking alcohol was not important to us - but having a decent breakfast and some reading material was!”

“Good lounge. Service good, choice of food good. The only thing that I feel could be improved is the chair upholstery, this was torn on several of the chairs we saw but in such a busy lounge I am not sure when there would be time to repair them.”

“The lounge was very busy and it was a while before we were able to get a seat. It wasn't comfortable and it was almost an hour before we managed to find somewhere decent to sit. The lounge appeared to have an upstairs but this was shut off when really it should have been open. Too overcrowded to be enjoyable.”
