“Lounge itself was okay, quite and comfortable. However food selection was very poor. Very limited, pretty much just pasta (A meat or veggie option of both) & some bland potato soup. The lack of selection was further disappointing that the quality of the food options also wasn't great. Would definitely expected for the price as would have preferred to pay for a decent meal from a restaurant.”

“The lounge provided a quiet and comfortable place to wait for my flight. As far as food was concerned it was disappointing as we arrived between breakfast and lunchtime - we were neither in one or the other but our flight time dictated this.”

“Not a great deal of choice in the morning £26.99 we would of been better getting a breakfast in one of the restaurants in terminal. Also thought the chairs we not comfy at all for a 1.5 hour stay, Wouldn't go back”

“Amazing lounge during my transit at Dubai airport. Though it was pretty crowded, i really really recommend for everyone to book prior coming in as they have a reserved area for advanced booking (you’ll be guaranteed a spot and a couch to sleep on). Good service too! Shower was good. 5mins walk.”

“The Executive lounge was welcoming both by staff and decor. The food was hot, plentiful and varied and was replenished when needed. Staff were helpful and very courteous. There was a good choice of drinks too. A lovely and relaxing visit prior to our flight. Thank you”

“We had a lovely start to a big family trip. Part of our group had no idea we had pre arranged entry. They all enjoyed the food and drink available.Comfortable surroundings and a nice view of the apron. The two staff members working the bar that morning deserve a special mention.[sorry did not get names] They made it extra special! [barman used to work for thomas cook and the lady was going to singapore] friendly polite and very chatty. would definitely book again”

“We arrived there a little earlier than our allotted time and they accommodated us without any issues. The food was great and the barmaid with the Scottish Accent (sorry can’t remember your name ) was so lovely not only to us but to everyone in the room. It makes it so much more relaxing to be able to have a chat, drink and something to eat without the crazy queues that form in the other airport bars and eating establishments. Thank you for starting our holiday in the best possible way.”

“Great place to sit and wait for your plane. Very busy at peak times and there was a table reserved for the entire time I was in the lounge (2.5hrs) and no one came to sit in it! Lots of people struggling for a seat with more than one small group of 2 taking up larger tables. Wonder if anything can be done about this?”
