“The lounge was very poor indeed. Very tired, felt totally dilapidated, food was terrible and came across like a school canteen. I hate to say it but the worst lounge I think I have been in.”

“To make our score a 5 star experience, the check in experience is very impersonal, seems to take a long time, passports and boarding cards seem unesscessary considering we provided our lounge confirmation. Lounge staff talking very loudly about there night out. We enjoy the lounge experience overall and the Manager Paul was particularly friendly and professional.”

“On our arrival we were greeted by a lovely young man who showed us into the lounge.Initally we could not find a seat .But once we did we thoroughly enjoyed it.Food for us wAs good and plenty refreshments. Definitely go again”

“Really the peacefulness while awaiting my departure flight. Staff were friendly & chatty & helpful for my dietary problems. In fact breakfast was brought out FRESH (a very nice touch). They were acquainted with Coeliac diet; a great plus for me as there is very little available while in flight.”

“Food: Very basic and would of liked more options, particuarly veggie and vegan options. Could include porridge and toast. More snack options needed e.g xrios, fruit bars and biscuits. More fruit options and alternative milks. Drinks: More drink options like hot choc and hot teas Atmosphere: Very nice and quiet which helped us relax before flight. Staff quick to replenish food and clean our tables.”

“Terminal 3 Lounge is not up to the standards that I would expect. The barman was not particularly friendly and when asked for a second glass of wine was almost rude. The food was of acceptable standard but limited variety, obviously based on a Middle Eastern cuisine but with Stilton cheese? The lounge itself is clean and quiet but quite a long way from the main concourse and not easy to find, we lost our way twice which was annoying.”

“More food choices would be welcomed. The lounge itself was very busy, difficult to find seats together, perhaps better controls are needed to manage numbers or instruct people where to sit, especially the single traveller taking up unnecessary empty spaces.”

“Was very relaxing and staff were friendly. Your lounge was a real welcome after a long flight. O found the shower facilities were clean and pleasing. I will definately make use of your lounge again.”

“Very comfortable lounge with defined dining areas and relaxation areas with dim lighting and blankets. Shower facilities excellent with fresh towels. Very good choice of food, soft drinks and wine. Staff extremely courteous and the lounge was kept clear of rubbish.”
