“Order#341179 Very disappointed! I paided to have these shutters painted! NOT TO SEND ME PAINT TO TOUCH THEM UP!!! One also has drip marks on the slats. Hope the pictures come through, so you can see what a crappy job they did. NOT HAPPY WITH PRODUCT! Does the company reply to these reviews? Just wondering....haven't heard anything from your company.”

“We originally mounted this style shutter in approximately 2015. The 2 pairs that receive the most sun/weather are what we recently replaced in June 2023. The 3rd pair that are covered by a porch looked like new. We have been pleased with the look of the shutters and the ease of ordering from the company. When we paint the house in another year or two, we plan to upgrade to the composite or wood shutters.”

“Very good communication and the product came sooner than expected. I haven't hung these shutters yet because it is 98 degrees outside where I live, but they look good. The paint color was matched perfectly and they even included a small bottle of paint for touch-ups with my order. A thoughtful addition and I'm sure I will end up using it.”

“Im not sure what happened with the first shipment but I sent pictures to verify they were defective. The response was very quick and in less than a week I had very impressive raised panel shutters. I can't wait to see how they paint up! I will send pictures when the house painting project is finished if it ever stops raining! Thank you for exceptional customer service.”
