“I've ordered three different times and each time it seems the quality gets worse. In the past, it was small problems that we could either live with or repair ourselves. The last time both packs of shutters were damaged. Because we were having a family reunion, we installed them. The week after, I asked customer service how to rectify. They said no way since they were already installed...couldn't tell if it was there fault or ours. Well, we installed all other 9 sets without damaging them, so I can guarantee we didn't CRUSH two of the four, and didn't rip one of the battens off of the other set. I spent about $2000. Will never order from them again.”

“So my wife wanted shutters on the front of the house and I reluctantly agreed. The front of our house is brick, has special windows, blah, blah. I looked around and did my research, comparing prices, quality, obtaining samples, etc. and ended up with shutters from Exterior Solutions. After installation, I was pleasantly surprised at the improvement and immediately suggested putting shutters on all exterior windows. This time my wife was hesitant but I explained to her that the front of the house faced the street while the back of the house faced a major rural highway so doing all windows would be a huge improvement. So that's what we did, although due to the cost, we did the entire house in 3 steps. We love it and have gotten many compliments.”

“This is the second time we have ordered shutters from Exterior Solutions. Our order arrived sooner than anticipated. There was one piece with a minor factory flaw. When we notified the company they immediately sent out a replacement so that was great. One thing I think would be nice from an installation standpoint is if there was some type of drilling template to mark and drill the holes - we made our own and it worked OK. I would use this company again! Thanks for the good service!”

“The Shutters arrived fast and well packed. They are vinyl but the wood grain looks great. They come with the appropriate hardware and covers for where they screw in. Since the installation I have gotten many compliments. I am very happy with my purchase. They were more affordable then I expected, arrived sooner then expected and look nicer then you would expect for what you pay. The back side is hollow but so were the shutters in Home Depot and the shutters I replaced. For reference, I got the black raised panel vinyl shutters.”
