“DEFINITELY WILL NOT CONSIDER EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS AGAIN. The product - 4 ea. louvered wood shutters, primed - appear to be in satisfactory condition. That's all that was acceptable. SERVICE WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. Order placed 8/2 with stated expected late ship date of 9/6. ABSOLUTELY NO UPDATE COMMUNICATION from Exterior Solutions, even one week after late ship date. I called on 9/13 and learned only then that expected ship date would be 9/17. I had hard travel dates 9/19-9/26 based on expecting to receive product no later than 9/18 - 12 days after given late ship date.. EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS REFUSED TO COOPERATE/ASSIST RESCHEDULING SHIP/DELIVERY - either expediting to deliver by 9/18 or hold for shipment to deliver on/after 9/27. Shutters were left in my driveway, exposed for days to weather and potential theft. Corrugated box on pallet was rain soaked when I arrived home 9/27 night. Unpacked, shutters appear to be ok. Again: VERY POOR SERVICE, NO FOLLOW-UP COMMUNICATION ON LATE ORDER, NO COOPERATION TO CHANGE SHIP/DELIVERY DATES FOR THEIR LATE PRODUCTION. I will be surprised if manufacturer/vendor gives potential customers an opportunity to read this review or the facts herein.”

“Great shutters at a very fair price. However you mounting system is not the greatest. No reinforced adge, all hollow, and those silly plastic anchors that do not standup to strong winds keeps you from getting a 5 Start review”

“Eleven of 20 shutters received had manufacturer defects. On the larger shutters, it was the same corner each with the same defect. On the smaller shutters, again each also had the same defect on the same corner (though a different type defect than seen on the larger shutters) and one shutter had a gap between stile and center mullion, causing the shutter to bow out in middle. It also showed evidence of attempted repair judging by popped staples at that location. In summary, $1500 spent, and more than 50% of shutters were defective upon receipt, and which I find totally inexcusable.”

“If I could give this transaction and product 10 stars, I would. This was the most uncomplicated and comfortable process to success I've been through. Measure the existing, go to the Exterior Solutions site, choose your style and all information is there. I did call customer service to help with the order, because my knowledge in this area is limited and I didn't want to err! A person with a smile in her voice answered, we ordered, no issue. A few weeks later, my order was delivered, just as ordered. Now installed on my home, looking just as smart and unique as I had expected. Outstanding experience from start to finish.”
