“Everything was included even down to the pencil and ruller. Assembly was fairly easy because the instructions were very through and very easy to understand. Even though I gave it five stars there were two things that were very minor annoyance; the coating on some of the scres ans too thick and the star bit needed to screw them in slipped a lot and the second was that the concret drill bit only lasted for one hole. Buying a new bit was no big deal. Very happy with the product.”

“I was unsure about ordering new shutters online, not knowing about the color or quailty of the shutters. However, I was extremely happy with the new shutters. The whole process was easy and efficient. There were no issues with installation. Everyone one says my house looks amazing with the new shutters. I will be sure to recommend Exterior Solutions.”
