Ordering is simple with your prescription at hand. Prices are the lowest I’ve found for the contacts I wear. Standard shipping is slow, so you need to plan ahead and order in advance. It’s a trade off for the low prices.

Ordered contacts Feb.21,2024. I still don't have them and have ask for a refund.Im not sure at this point what kind of company I'm dealing with.I spoke to someone that assured me they would be here in 7 days,that's been about 2 qeeks ago. Contacted customer support that said 3 business days. That was around 8 days ago .contacted them again yesterday for a refund or contacts the answer was going to review it. I wish I had never heard of them .I'm wondering if they are a real company????Don't know what to do !!I want my contacts or my money back.

Product is exactly as described. The only issue was downloading the prescription. It never indicated that the download was complete or received.

I am very disappointed. I ordered my frames on or about 2/28 and have not received my them thus far. At this point I just want a refund for the total amount. I have gotten only one update thus far and that was a few weeks ago. I ordered another pair of frames from anothe company on 2/29 and received them 2 weeks ago. This is total poor service by your company and I am very upset! My order number is 3824229. I expect some communication from you regarding what is going to be done to correct this to my satisfaction. I was dealing with a tight time window and prescriptions issues. Out of the multiple (over 5) big brand contacts suppliers I tried, EZContacts were the ones that delivered at the best price. Very grateful!
