Item was out of stock and I was still allowed to purchase it without knowledge of OOS. It took over two weeks to get my contacts. I asked for a future discount code to keep me as a customer and it this request was ignored. Poor customer service!

Ordered with $40 one day shipping. Order was not processed and did not ship for 4 business days despite the 1-2 day policy. No delay explanation provided. Obviously, the order didn’t arrive before I left town. Emailed customer service with no response.

It took up to 4 weeks to receive my contacts, I was never emailed any updates on my contacts being delayed. I sent 3 emails for an update and finally, I received an update that my contacts were out of stock. I will not be ordering again from EZContacts.

I like that this site shows you the actual price of their products instead of some artificially low, dishonest price that changes once they add on the ridiculous "processing" fees. Ordering was easy and, considering my order was placed on Black Friday, shipping was relatively fast. Just wish free shipping was standard, especially for large orders (and regardless of whether your order is a "promo" price).

Paid extra to get second order here with first order … both delayed that sucks had to reschedule eye appointment until glasses get here.

I ordered a glasses > 1 month ago and they haven’t shipped yet. They also didn’t accept my request to cancel the order. Their customer service don’t really my calls. Very disappointed. I’m thinking they could be a fake website. I’m planning to complain about them.

Love the ease of ordering but sure wish there were discounts available for buying more than one box at a time and periodic rewards for loyal customers who have ordered and reordered for several years. Also very disappointed the price has gone up by two dollars per box in the past 3 months. Ridiculous
