Customer service is a pain to deal with. Overall prices & products are decent, but because of the issues I've had with customer service on numerous occasions, I may find another company to purchase from.

I haven't received them yet...I just got my text telling me they have shipped today. Everything went completely smooth and painless. Communication was spot on, and I am thrilled with the price! Thank you kindly....I will be back!! Dennis

No communication between lab and customer service. Spent 20 minutes on hold trying to get in touch with them. Lab emailed only no call when there was an issue.

I paid extra for blue light glasses but my friend did a test and the blue light did pass through the glass I purchased from EZ contacts. Basically, they scamed me. I wan my money back.

I purchased from your company because you had very competitive pricing. I live in Cleveland Ohio and your company is in New Jersey and I’m perplexed why it takes almost two weeks to have two boxes of contacts to travel over two states?! Please give me another reason to be a be back customer!
