I normally use EZ contacts to deliver my contacts but pay for free shipping. This time around I paid extra to have my shipment arrive as soon as possible because I ran out of contacts a little sooner than anticipated and despite paying more, it will still take the same amount of time as if I had just left it at the usual unpaid rate. I’m a little disappointed as I have other shipments also being sent out via FedEx that don’t have rushed shipping that were placed much later than when I ordered the contacts and they are ironically arriving BEFORE my contacts do. :(

Order delayed. I need the glasses frames in a hurry. Got notified that the frames will be delayed. So far, there is no update on when i can get the frames. Same frame will be cheaper at black friday sale. Regrad to order them earlier. Slow and more expansive. Give review as 2 starts - 1) I ordered glasses earlier and order went though smoothly, 2) at least I got delay notification.

Immediately upon submitting an order I realized I made a mistake and emailed ezcontacts to stop my order. The very next day, I received a confirmation that they were shipping my order even though the order did not match my prescription. When I placed my order, they displayed a message that stated any order for contact lenses in my state is required to have a matching prescription. They obviously don't follow this requirement. What disappointed me most was when I tried calling their customer service line and was on hold for 45 minutes before I finally hung up and called their sales line. That call took less than 1 minute to answer. They obviously don't prioritize customer service at the same level as sales. The person who took my call was very nice but said I would need to wait for the shipment and ship it back. Fast processing but poor service.

Ordering contacts was fine, but after completing payment a survey pop up pops onto the screen just prior to moving on to uploading the prescription for my lenses. Unfortunately, the pop up is not functional, nothing is clickable! Despite multiple attempts to get this pop up to click or close, I had to close the entire app, log back in and upload my prescription. So, when I got the chance to complete an actual review about my experience I did, and ezcontacts response was ‘email us at this address to explain the issue’. My review outlined my issue, why should I have to reach out to them?! Fix the pop up, period.

I placed an order the third week of October 2024. It is now the beginning of December and I still do not have the glasses. Unless I reached out to the company, there was no communication/updates regarding the order. After 3 weeks, I tried to cancel the order. They claimed the glasses were in production... Needless to say, very disappointed. I have purchased from EZ contacts before. I will not buy from them again.

I ordered 2 pairs of complete eye glasses on September 21. I received one pair in about 2 weeks. It's December the 2 now and my other pair has yet to ship

I have ordered contacts from EZContacts for a couple of years. Happy with the price. Unhappy that this year upon opening 2 different contact packages, one right eye, one left eye there was a tear. The first one was replaced by an EZ rep. The second time I contacted EZ about another torn contact, a rep told me that it wasn't possible to have another torn contact. It was my fault. I wrote back explaining again that upon removal from the sealed package there was a tear. A couple of days later a different Rep emailed apologizing for the torn contact. Stated that a replacement would be sent. Though I appreciate their response but as of yet have not received the replacement.

I have not received my order yet. I did great research to see where I could order my contacts the cheapest. When I ordered on Black Friday, the price was 26.00 more a box than what I researched. I aborted my order. Then I did more research the next day and was able to click on the 72.99 price vs the 99.99 price per box. I quickly made the order. Very happy, but it seems such a game that the web site des not match what you can research on google. For the 72.99 per box, I am thrilled...... if I get my order. More transparency with pricing would be appreciated by customers. The lower price better matches the 69.00 per box I can get from a doctor's office

It is fine -- what annoyed me with this order was that EZContacts advertised a 15% black friday sitewide sale and then increased the sale (after I placed my order) to 20% for "cyber Monday" -- just beware that they might behave in this manner and hod off placing your order. It is not customer friendly behavior.
