I have used them for years and have never had a problem with shipping. All you need to do is order and upload your perception and they will do the rest.

The wait time was way longer than advertised for one, and then I finally received my glasses and one of the lenses is very poorly fit. There is a white tape or residue still left on the left lense. It is visible from both the front and back of the glasses and looks terrible. I can notice it when I am wearing them and it is super annoying. I have to send them back now, and judging by how long it took them to get them to me in the first place, I probably won’t have them back and ready to wear for a while. We will see how they handle the situation and that will determine whether or not I will change my review and end up recommending to anyone. As of right now I would say definitely not. The craftsmanship is atrocious. I wish I could post photos or videos.

Free shipping should be done on Black Friday. I am not happy.

Found the eyeglasses I was looking for. I was told by the first eyeglasses dealership, they no longer carried Gucci eyewear. EZContacts had Gucci eyewear and was a relief knowing I can order another pair. Thanks EZContacts!!!

There's a lot of companies that advertise showing super cheap prices and at the check out "surprise!" the price turns out to be much much higher. I was very happy with the customer service I received today, when I called to cancel an order because I made a mistake. The representatives I spoke to were very understanding and helpful, got my order corrected over the phone. I will definitely order from EZContacts in the future!

Took FOREVER to receive my shipment. When I emailed, twice, I received no return correspondence; When I called, two weeks after they took my money for the order, the person on the other line told me "Oh, The Item was backordered, and we had to wait until we received a new shipment of them to ship yours -- That shipment came in two days ago, so we can ship yours out later this week, and you will get it by next weekend (with no explanation as to why they never informed me of the backorder, when I inquired TWO TIMES by email, and no reason for them to wait almost a week longer than they actually received my items to ship my items to me... BTW, they FINALLY arrived the next Wednesday-- NOT that weekend)...
