My glasses over a week ago and are delayed with no reason nor do they have an expected ship date

I ordered glasses oct 11 arrived november 23. thats 44 days. I contacted them first after 3 weeks. They said manufacturer is out of stock. I emailed them again and they said it will be 3 more weeks unless i pick another model. then it was a few more weeks. They dont keep anything in stock i guess and drop ship. Even though when i ordered it said "IN STOCK"

The price for the RayBans i ordered was great! Ordering was easy and shopping was fast and free. Ordered on a Monday. Shipped from the East coast and delivered on Friday to the West coast

Very easy to use, the company called my doctor office an hour after I placed the order and shipped my contacts right away. Very competitive pricing too! Daniela from customer support was a great help!

I placed my order on November 7th for eye wetting liquid. It didn't ship until November 19th. I almost didn't get the shipment before I left town..

I still have not received my product. Every customer service agent has a different update and guidelines. For the amount of $$ spent, I would think there would be consistency and accuracy with updates.

Ordered contacts over a week ago. Paid for expedited shipping. Called customer service for assistance and the lady was of no help, rude and put me on hold until my call expired. Horrible customer service! We’ve ordered contacts here forever. My son is a high school student athlete who will be out of contacts as of tomorrow with no idea when we will receive our order

First I ordered from the other contact people online but the total didn’t add up at all so I immediately canceled and ordered 6 boxes of my contacts here for way cheaper than 4 boxes from the other place. And the shipping was cheaper and faster!

I like ez contacts. But i has a bad experience with them . I was trying to return my glasses on the day of my return deadline. But it doesn’t allow me to do that. I tried writing message to the costumers service almost 3 times but they didn’t give a damn. They just ignore my messages.
