I ordered glasses 1 month ago and the expectations provided on their website are basically a few days and they will go into processing and be shipped out giving one an indication that they will be here in 10 days or so, and they have a spot in their back office that is supposed to show any updates of the order. Mine never showed any updates at all despite checking on it for 10 days, then 2 weeks, then 3 weeks. Nothing... The statements that state expectations of ordering glasses stated on their website, do not apply to the name-brand glasses, but it doesn't say that anywhere. In my couple of attempts to contact them via email, to their credit, I do get a response relatively quickly and the person writes nicely, but the information is not accurate and in one case, it was stated that the information was on their website to properly inform me ahead of time of what to expect, but when cut and pasted what the website said vs what I was experiencing, then she apologized as she was not informed what the website says as far as expectations of timeframe and process once the order is placed. Anyway... for my order for prescription name-brand glasses, it was 1 month from the placement of the order to the first and only indication of any kind that anything was going on, and that indication simply said they glasses were on their way. So from the time of placing my order, one month for the first active communication, not even an update in the web portal, that the glasses were being sent. This would all be acceptable IF they would communicate this on their website instead of what they actually communicate, which is inaccurate. So they need improvement on communication in a major way. Hopefully, they arrive as stated and hopefully, I love them

Additionally, because you selected custom prescription lenses, these typically require an extra 5-7 days in the lab, which was also noted on our site. Unfortunately, I have not received my glasses that were ordered about a month ago. As a matter of fact the status still says processing. Communication has been them indicating that ezcontacts will let me know when my glasses are shipped, and that's after I reach out. Hoping when that happens, shipping wont take as long as processing.

I ordered my sunglasses on 11/20/24 and a label was just make on 12/2/24! They should be at my house by now!

My glasses came in a timely manner and let me just say I am obsessed with them!! They came with a cute case and 2 cleaning cloths. 10/10 recommend.

False advertising. You advertise insanely low prices in your search engine results then rug pull your customers and tell them that you must lie because all of the other companies do too. Your company is immoral and evil.
