There is no way to cancel my order without contacting customer service, and you shipped my order before responding to either my call or email.

It's the worst thing you can buy, you don't have customer service, they never send the order, I was waiting for two weeks and they never sent it, I put in a refund and I didn't get the money, they still charge me 8 dollars to return a product that I never received.

I have been ordering glasses and I never had any issues. Now it is a headache for any order. I order glasses they have not sent me a tracking number

Absolutely horrible experience! It took over 5 weeks to get a pair of glasses!! I don’t even get prescription lenses put in them! Just the frames! It took over a week to mail me them once they did come in because they took 2 whole days to get them to DHL to which they were then sent to USPS for final delivery! DO JOT ORDER FROM EZ CONTACTS! This was the longest and slowest process ever! Calling them also is not easy. I called in the morning at 9:30 am and got a call back at 4:00 pm. I’m extremely unhappy at this process and will never order from them. I have told anyone I know not to order from them as well!

Terrible website and customer service. I input the wrong prescription by accident and before I even clicked to confirm purchase the order went through. I sent multiple follow ups to change the prescription and they told me to upload the desired prescription so I did and THEY STILL sent the wrong prescription.

They got the optical center off all the time..... Causing eye strain. Too bad this company has great potential

It's possible that an inaccurate PD measurement has led to the discomfort. We offer free redos if the item is returned within 30 days of receiving the item. If you suspect an issue with your prescription lenses, please feel free to return them, and we'll do our best to ensure they are perfect. While not mandatory, we recommend sharing your prescription with us so that our lab team can ensure the lenses are crafted accurately this time. I paid extra money to have my product shipped over night but nowit says I can't get them till Monday the 15th. I want a refund on the extra money I spent to have them here yesterday but now it's saying Monday the 15th. If that's the case why did I pay to have them over nighted??

I paid extra for next day delivery and even reached out to confirm it would happen if I placed the order right at that moment and the shipping was delayed! Never arrived the next day! In fact now tracking says it will not arrive till Monday, 4 days later...

Advertised glasses as in stock then didn't communicate for over a week outside of blowing up my email all day with their promotional ads trying to get me to place another order. I had to press them to find out that they had to order them still and they need another 2-3 weeks before they would receive them. I'm skeptical that they will ever get them. And you want another order after you can't deliver the first one? No thanks.

Hi, Ordered contacts and site states free shipping on every U.S order. I went to checkout and the free shipping option doesn’t work so I paid 7.95 extra for shipping. Terrible. Contacted customer service and was told the contacts I ordered doesn’t have free shipping!!!! What does that mean? Terrible

I completed my order, I received no confirmation email, I can’t login and find my order, but they charged my credit card. So basically they stole money from me and they aren’t giving me the product I paid for. Beware, this company is a scam!

Verifying contact lens prescriptions is mandated by the Federal Trade Commission to ensure your eye health and vision correction. Unfortunately, a picture of your current contact box wouldn't suffice. If you don't have your prescription right away; you can easily upload it later through the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting our customer support team at help@ezcontacts.com.
