Very poor customer service and an extremely long wait time for shipping. Never receiving an update until after i asked for a cancellation and refund multiple times. Beware!!!!

I placed my order for contact lenses on June 30th. I paid an extra fee for 2-Day shipping. As of this morning, July 2nd I still had not seen that it left the warehouse so I reached out on the chat for customer service. After several hours I see that it has now left the warehouse but I will not get it until July 7th. I understand there is a holiday and a weekend but I don't understand why this package was not sent out sooner. Now I will be without contacts and I am not a very happy customer. I feel the extra fee that I paid to have it shipped sooner should be refunded to me. Not sure I will be a repeat customer after this experience.

Please note that as stated on our website, paying for expedited shipping speeds up the delivery time after your order leaves our warehouse, but it does not shorten the order processing time. Orders, including contact lenses, typically require 1 to 2 business days to process before shipping, depending on product availability and prescription verification. That said, we do see your order has shipped, and while carriers may experience slight delays due to the holiday and weekend, it is on its way. I declined their second offer but they are sending it anyway and I was told they could do nothing about it. Feels like I have been scammed.

So far I’m very disappointed, ordered some glasses and paid the next day delivery. It’s been almost a week with nothing happening until today it finally says it’s ready for delivery. No carrier yet, no tracking details. No way to call or contact anyone. Send two messages with 0 responses. So far this has been a pretty bad experience.

Terrible communication. Lied and said they emailed me me telling me that the order was out of stock and it would take 4-6 weeks but I never received an email. They don’t stock anything everything is drop shipped. Do yourself a favor and buy from another company. They give you the run around for about a month.

I waited a month and a half for my item to even be shipped. I called customer service to inquire after a month and was told there was not an inkling of an idea when it will be shipped. Customer service was dismissive and unapologetic. Will not order with this company again; which is unfortunate because they have a great selection!

Paid for expedited shipping so the contacts would arrive prior to traveling for an extended period, and the order sat at the warehouse for several days. Poor logistics and expedited shipping was ignored.

These glasses i bought are 100% fake!! Accidentally missed the deadline to return because I was out of town but please do not buy from here if you are looking for authentic sunglasses AS THEY ADVERTISE they are

They advertise backordered products as being in-stock. They has absolutely no problem taking your money immediately, not making you aware of the stock issue until you contact them asking where your order is. When I asked for a refund immediately after being told about the stock issue they stopped all communication despite multiple attempts on my end and waited NINE DAYS to reply to me, finally saying, sorry the item has shipped, would you like to return it? At which point I had received it. Don't do business with this shady company.

Order May 24th never communicated that there was a delay with the supplier but was assured my order would be sent expedited shipping since I've been without contacts for 2 weeks. Got the shipping notification today and it is not expedited ?? Very disappointed not sure I will order again.

Waited a month for my glasses. When I called I was told they were unavailable, even though my credit card had been run a month earlier. Some did reach out and state they were available. Finally received them weeks later and they were completely incorrect. Made an appointment with my doctor and they laughed. He couldn't believe how incorrect they were. Tried to contact company 10 times and was never able to speak to customer service, either they were busy or company was closed for a weeks. I will say the return process was easy, but don't feel I should have to pay the return shipping on an incorrect glasses.
