I ordered frames with a prescription April 3, 2024 and 2 1/2 weeks later, it’s still in order status. When I call, I’m given different excuses. It appears as though the frame I ordered was out of stock and instead of being truthful, I received the run around. This is my FIRST and LAST time ordering. The customer service is HORRIBLE!

I ordered this pair of glasses because it stated 7-10 business days to receive them and they just got shipped now. about 3 weeks after I ordered them.

I would love to review my glasses, except I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks to receive them with minimal communication from EZContacts and still do not have them. Apparently, there was a delay with the manufacturer, which I found out after reaching out to them for an explanation. They offered 2-day shipping once my order finally reached the warehouse (AFTER I asked) and refused to provide a complimentary lens upgrade or credit towards a future order for the inconvenience. I’ve ordered optical products from EZContacts quite a few times but have been extremely disappointed with this experience. I will have to order from elsewhere moving forward and suggest you do the same. If you decide to order, please be informed that even though the website shows items are in stock, they actually may not be.

Paid extra for 3-5 business day delivery on 4/11. Here we are 4/18 and the order hasn't shipped. Completely unacceptable and no communication of delay. Been a customer for over 5 years but will not order again.

Ray ban Justin that I ordered are NOT made in Italy. It’s made in CHINA. Reviews said that they were made in Italy. False claims, very dishonest! No wonder it was on sale !!!

I was promised that I would receive my order in 5-7 business days which was done so intentionally to deceive. I could have placed my order with Amazon and paid a little more but I would have received when it was promised.

I ordered contacts on the promise they would be overnighted. I paid $30 and the lenses were delivered a day late. I was traveling, made the rep aware, and had to drive an hour plus to retrieve them.

How do you sell glasses when you don't even have them in stock?And I'm still waiting for my glasses to come and even asked if I wanted to order different glasses.But why even put it out there?If I can't even order it.I would like to get my glasses as soon as possible

Shipping time is RIDICULOUS! I am on day 20 and still have not received my order. The customer service said there was a delay but offered no other information or effort to rectify the problem. Once my order hopfully filled I will never use or recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered my contact lenses on 04/09 I paid an extra fee to receive my order the next business day and today it's 09/12 and I haven't receive anything. Today I got my email with the tracking number and states that the estimated time will be on Monday.
