I placed an order on 04/25/25 and its now 05/14/25 and my item still has not shipped. i called customer service yesterday and was advised it was being prepared and shipped yesterday. I have received no updates no shipping confirmation and still don't know if my item is on its way. very poor customer service.

The glasses I ordered were on backorder. When I contacted EZContacts to ask when they might have the glasses, there was no reply. I then cancelled the order. A week later, EZContacts shipped the order. I now have the priviledge of paying a return fee and EZContacts claims I never contacted them. I won't use EZContacts again!

I waited over a month for my order to be even processed in the lab, then promise it would be done in 2 days, then a week or more later, still nothing. Worst experience and I’m sure I’ll have to get a new prescription now.

USPS delivered to wrong address and Ezcontacts takes 5-10 business days to contact you or provide any resolution after you make claim. The hour difference only allows me to call until 1pm because their customer service closes at 5pm. First and last time I order from them, not worth it. Customer service is very important and they just don’t have good availability not quick follow up.

No confirmation was presented before payment was processed, resulting in my package being sent to an out of date address. I was then given the run around between DHL, USPS, and completely ineffectual customer service despite immediately calling customer service in addition to using the online form to attempt to stop the shipment. I’m now out the price of expensive sunglasses with nothing to show for it and without being able to obtain useful help from anyone in the chain. What an experience

First off, I ordered these glasses over two weeks ago and the PDP said 'ships in 3-5 business days'. Two weeks later, nothing, so I have to chat with a rep. Turns out they aren't even in stock! Talk about false advertising. I chat with a rep again today and suddenly they are shipped out. Now you send me a Review form when I don't even have the glasses yet? 1 star since I casn;t really review the glasses.

To clarify, the product page listed an estimated availability of 4–6 weeks, which refers to when the item would be ready to ship. This is separate from the shipping method selected at checkout. I’m a bit disappointed. I signed up to get a 10% discount on 1 st purchase.However I wasn’t able to receive due to your system providing no where to place on checkout screen. I’m sure this shall be one and done with your company

Banks use this standard practice to verify the payment method, and the temporary hold typically drops off automatically within a few business days. Ordered and paid for 4 boxes of contacts on April 17. Never received them until May 8. Slowest processing and shipping I’ve ever had with any online contact orders. I’m going back to another online store even if I have to pay a little more.

Won’t ever order from EZ Contacts again. Not only was the order delayed in a lengthy observance of a religious holiday (which was not communicated)but I eventually received goofy blue tinted prescription “sunglasses”. I immediately sent an inquiry email to seek assistance in having the correct lenses cut- a rep requested a photo of the glasses via email, which was promptly sent. Days of waiting and no reply- I again sent an email asking if anyone was addressing the issue. As expected- no reply. Due to zero communications- I was forced to initiate a return at my own expense. Without ANY communication after sending the glasses back, I received an email requesting to charge me an additional $89.99 on top of what I had paid AND the return shipping fee. Nobody called/emailed or otherwise attempted to correct the issue. It wasn’t until I was forced to call- which was not answered by a live person- I eventually received a return call and requested a refund. The experience was awful. The communication was absent and while I was hoping to simply receive new prescription sunglasses- I was sent what looked like “as seen on TV” Blue Blockers in Oakley frames. Lastly- there has been ZERO effort on EZ’s part to fix the issue, offer a replacement or anything otherwise.

I have ordered from y'all twice, the first order was cancelled. This order still has not been shipped complete and should have already arrived. Then I call the 800 # and your call volume was too high to take my call. Maybe the second order needs to be cancelled and wash my hands of ez bs

All our products - eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and eyecare - are 100% authentic and are purchased directly from the manufacturer (or their authorized distributors) that produces these products for brand-name eyewear and eyecare companies, and your glasses will include all the accessories (e.g. branded case and cloth, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, etc.) provided by the manufacturer to ensure their authenticity. That being said, if it appears that the glasses you received are defective in any way, please email us at help@ezcontacts.com with pictures of the issues and we'll be glad to assist you in refunding you or reshipping a new frame.
