I messaged immediately after ordering once I realized EZContacts would be closed till May 1st. The banner was not very noticeable at all. I didn’t even see it till I had already placed my order. I messaged asking to cancel the order, not expecting a response till you reopened. The first response I got was not from the message asking to cancel but saying that you shipped the order. Now I see that you charge shipping for returns. I’m never ordering from EZContacts again. If you’d canceled my order I’d order again in the future but come on, read your messages. What a terrible experience.

So far I’M NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL…I ordered a pair of YSL sunglasses and after checking becuase it seemed like it was taking long to receive I saw that they sent an email stating the order was taking longer than expected to ship…why is that…if items are not in stock then that should be made privy to the consumer so they can decide if they want to wait and spend their hard earned money o it to not have the item…since receiving that email I have not received any additional updates or ANYTHING…I don’t know that I would patronize them again due to lack of customer service

Terrible. Placed an order and paid additional for shipping to have my order arrive 3 to 5 days. I'm leaving on vacation and yet order hasn't even been shipped after 5 days. Reached out to customer service and they email back saying closed till may1st? Then you should have made disclaimer on website before people place order. I want full refund. Worst experience ever. No one should have to experience this.

I placed contact order 4/22 was excited to find them on-line so affordable. I called customer service to fax prescription and message said office was closed until May 1 due to Passover. I paid extra to have them shipped in 3 days and now won't get them for another 10 days. So I was angry there wasn't notice on-line that office would be closed till 5/1.

2nd pair purchased from the company however their price match policy is pointless and setup to ensure you are unable to get a price match from any competitor.

I placed an order on a Sunday afternoon and realized made a mistake on the size, so I immediately emailed a request to change the size. I received a generic email stating it was too late and I would just have to file a return and ship the glasses back once I received them. I tried calling the support number, but there is a recording stating they are closed for the next several days. How can it be too late to change the order if your organization is closed and scheduled to remain closed for several days?

Very disappointed in the service I received during the process of getting the prescription filled in my glasses/the time I'm on hold and the long wait for feedback, it's been 2 months since I returned my glasses and I just received a claim

I ordered frames with a prescription April 3, 2024 and 2 1/2 weeks later, it’s still in order status. When I call, I’m given different excuses. It appears as though the frame I ordered was out of stock and instead of being truthful, I received the run around. This is my FIRST and LAST time ordering. The customer service is HORRIBLE!

I ordered this pair of glasses because it stated 7-10 business days to receive them and they just got shipped now. about 3 weeks after I ordered them.

I would love to review my glasses, except I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks to receive them with minimal communication from EZContacts and still do not have them. Apparently, there was a delay with the manufacturer, which I found out after reaching out to them for an explanation. They offered 2-day shipping once my order finally reached the warehouse (AFTER I asked) and refused to provide a complimentary lens upgrade or credit towards a future order for the inconvenience. I’ve ordered optical products from EZContacts quite a few times but have been extremely disappointed with this experience. I will have to order from elsewhere moving forward and suggest you do the same. If you decide to order, please be informed that even though the website shows items are in stock, they actually may not be.
