Very disappointing that it took 2 weeks for my order to ship. Also, when I tried to call, you never answer the phone. I stayed on hold for as long as 30 minutes before hanging up.

It didn't show out of stock on website so when i order them it took about a month to ship out.I Contact support they said i will get expedited shipping for free. The estimated arrive date is 3 days.

I ordered my glasses on 3.29 and it's 5.1.25 and still no glasses. Per site 7-10 business days for receipt. Communication is horrible. No one was willing to push my order through or follow up to ensure shipment. First and last time. These are prescription glasses order. Do not use if your order is urgent.

I had to pay an extra $10 to get my contacts by 04/29/25. My estimated delivery is not 05/03/25. I want my $10 back for expedited delivery.

Tried to cancel my order and was ignored for weeks. Bought new sunglasses somewhere else because it was taking way too long. Now of course I get an email saying the ordered shipped today. Very frustrating. Will be returning them.

It has been over 20 days since i ordered my glasses and i still have not received them. I have submitted emails and contacted customer services and no one has gotten back with me. I will never buy glasses from this company again.

Said they could not ship my order and I requested a refund I’m customer service said they would respond in one to two business days. Never received a response and ordered elsewhere then suddenly said my order had shipped. If one is the lowest I can give them that is the one I intend to give them.

Website says item is delivered in 5-8 but days. Mine didn't ship for 13 days and I reached out several times to EZ Contacts help email and despite the promise of 24-48 response time, received no response. Will certainly be my one and only time ordering here as there are plenty of other companies that offer the same glasses at the same price and with better service.

Ordered contacts on 4/11. Have not received them yet. Reached out to customer service, it took them more than one to two business days to respond as to why the contacts hadn't been received and why EZ Contacts didn't correspond as to the lateness.

I ordered Maui Jim Sandy beach sunglasses on 4/8/25 for my cycling trip to Mallorca on 4/29/25. 21 days is more than adequate time to ship sunglasses. I contacted EZContacts twice via email and only received an automatic reply. Needless to say, I had to buy sunglasses in Spain. If I could give a ZERO (0) review, I would. What company in this digital age takes a month to ship?!? Definitely not a company with good customer service.

I was disappointed that you allowed me to make the purchase than ask to send a prescription . If I went to the doctor I would have had script and just purchase my lenses from my doctor . I wanted to just order some lenses, knowing my script . I have ordered on line previously , perhaps the company was out of Canada .
