Terrible. Took almost month to ship a pair of glasses i paid for two day shipping on. Never got an email about a delay. Had to call customer service over and over to get nowhere. Always told they were almost ready. Was told it was a delay due to passover at the three week mark. Passover is a week long. It's the only thing she would say with a fake smile bleeding through. I started a chat with CS yesterday trying to cancel for the 3rd time and Immediately got a shipping email. I was told initially that they were "processing at the lab" and that cancellation wasn't possible. They said they would ship by the 25th. On the 28th I was told that since the shipping lable was "already created" I couldn't cancl the order. They said I could return them when they arrive. I'm doubting the ease of a return. I paid out of pocket for these glasses. They were $700. This place is a nightmare. Stay away. If they're able to respond to this feedback, don't believe a word of it.

I ordered my contacts on 4/9. They still haven’t even processed and it is 4/29. I will never use this company again.

My order took 27 days to fulfill. I even contacted customer service and noone responded to me. I will NOT be using EZcontacts again.

Don’t buy from here. I still have not received my glasses. Customer service is a joke. “Backorder” when it said in stock when buying. Spend your money elsewhere.

Really don't know were to start. I oreder them Feb. 10 it is April the 28 and they are just now shipping. I had emailed asking tbout my order two weeks after I pleaced the order I was told they would be at the worehouse and shipped to me in three weeks. I don't eveny take the pills anymore.

Terrible service Every time I order contact lenses here the delivery time is much longer than stated!! They charged my card immediately, but they shipped my order only after two weeks. According to their stated delivery times, I still need to wait another 7 to 9 days for my order!

Not a great experience. Ordered prescription glasses that took way longer than was falsely advertised, and received extreme delays in response from customer service (still no response). Item hasn’t even shipped.

Hello! Ordered my contacts by mistake(order #4758880) Tried to cancel within 30 min. Called 10 times, email 3-4 times. Got the contacts and refusing to pay shipping fee as got them forcefully. Hoping to her from you as Im going to cancel my credit card charge. thx, Ellen Gartland

I will never order from EZ Contacts again and buyer beware. I paid extra for 2 day shipping. My order arrived on the 3rd business day after shipping so I received on the 5th day after shipping as it didn’t arrive before the weekend. They wouldn’t refund my shipping and blamed on FedEx. Not my problem.

The price was one way on the main page and then as soon as i would click it, it would go higher.. that is so odd. processing time was about 10x longer than advertised. will not shop here again.

Have previously worked with them with no problem. I made the mistake of ordering before realizing they were closed. Nothing wrong in observing a holiday. BUT I wanted contacts, not in 2+ weeks, so I cancelled. Sent multiple follow up messages. Specially when I saw charge on credit card. Nothing. Now I see the contacts sent. I believe the holiday has been over for several days. Now I probably have the inconvenience of monitoring card for refund and returning the contacts that I do not want.

I had the worst shopping experience. I placed the order and it took almost a month to arrive, with about 25 days just to be shipped. Since the day 10 i tried to contact you by email and got no response. Then I called, and you told me it would take 3 to 5 days because it was out of stock. It wasn’t until the 22nd or 23rd, when I emailed you saying that I wanted my money back (since it was impossible to reach you by phone — I would stay on the line for up to 22 minutes without an answer), that you finally shipped the package that same night. Two days later, you emailed me saying you couldn’t issue a refund. I will be leaving negative reviews about your service on google if i can

Ridiculous shipping time. Order will not arrive for two weeks after placed. Emailed customer service multiple times and just got a "we're working on it!" Type of reply. Terrible experience as a first-time customer. Will not order from this site again.
