I ordered this as a Christmas gift well before Christmas. I honestly thought that it was canceled. I tried to cancel it after Christmas but couldn't even find the order. Imagine my surprise to see that it has shipped. I WILL BE RETURNING THIS.

I ordered eyeglasses in January that were listed as in stock on the website. There was little to no communication regarding the status of my order, but when I reached out I was told there was a two week delay. Three months later I finally received my order after having to contact the company several times about ongoing delays.

This company will show they have the item in stock, charge you for it, then never email you with an update on when it will be in stock (because it was never in stock in the first place, which is false advertisement). I will NEVER order from them again!

Worst place to order from, i paid extra shipping for expedited shipping, but got the sunglasses after 3 weeks. Also the customer service was horrible, it had hours of wait time.

I ordered sunglasses weeks ago and they still haven't shipped. I didn't get an update until I inquired; apparently, they are out of stock. Soooooo, why are they available on your website for purchase then?

What a terrible experience. You get what you pay for. It’s been three weeks since I ordered. Still not here. Apparently the lenses had to be sent back to redo. And they won’t cancel my order. I did this to save $70. Again, get what you pay for. Never again.

EZcontacts, customer service is terrible. They say that they are going to call you back because their whole times are long and they don’t call you back. After three days of trying to get them to call me back, they finally called me back. When I answered the phone after the second ring, they hung up. This proceed for the next couple of days. I finally got a hold of them after 10 days they told me that they would ship my glasses out within the next 72 hours. I advise them that I was going to be leaving out of town for two months and wasn’t gonna be able to be there to receive the glasses. I asked if they could overnight the glasses and I would pay the shipping and they refused. Buyer beware

The price shown for my contacts on Google was $69, but I was charged $99. I sent an email to customer service but have yet to hear back. Disappointing.

I placed an order March 9, 2024. I inquired about the status of the order on March 27, 2024 and was told it was still being prepared and would likely be shipped within 2-6 business days. I logged in just now and see that the status has changed to shipped, yet the tracking link provided goes nowhere. I thought I had signed up for order updates via text message but have not received anything; yet, my inbox is flooded with advertising. Waiting impatiently at this point...

I paid extra for a one day business day and that did not happen. I have yet to get them and would like a refund. I paid more because I needed them asap. Very disappointed. Would like my money back. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be ordering from here again!

Terrible customer service. I used an old perscription on accident (That they even emailed me about saying they couldn't use it) and tried I to cancel my order immediately by multiple emails, the chat feature, and by phone and no one would get back to me. They took 7 days respond and told me there is nothing they can do, they already sent it. They sent an email 4 HOURS LATER finally shipping the order! I now have to pay the shipping charges for it to get her and to return it. I will not use a company that fails to respond in a timely fashion and refuses to provided customer service until it is too late. I work in customer service and would never ignore a customer like that.

Misleading information, I was offered free shipping and then I applied a coupon code. After the order was placed, I realized I was charged shipping. I have been calling since, and have not been able to speak to anyone on the phone. Stating all representatives are busy. I even left my call back number and no one has reached out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ALL ASPECTS. I had two more glasses I was preparing to order, and will not do so after this.

This company is a struggle. I ordered glasses and got an email several days later saying there was a delay in my order. I started an email string and only got back canned answers of; sorry, we strive for good service… on and on with no reason why there was a delay or if the delay issue had been resolved. So I tried to call, huge mistake. Trust me have them call you back. It may take several times. I hung on the phone for 1.5 hours before tapping out. So I simply asked to cancel the order since no one could tell me why there was a delay or how long it would be. Sorry that can’t happen either. Just wait and send them back once the arrive was my option. So now they have shipped by pony express. They package moves about every other day since they created a label.
