Ordered on Saturday May 31, paid for 2 day shipping. After waiting till Tuesday about where the glasses were I got a response that they were closed and would get back to me Wednesday. On wednesday all I got in response was it was taking longer than normal to process my order and then 30 min later label was created. Friday the 7th I am expecting my glasses. I don’t feel like I should have to pay for the two day shipping because it took three days to get my order started.

placed an order over 7 weeks ago, still don't even have a delivery date....they sure charged my credit card though

Have had a horrible experience with them. Even to get a call back or get in touch with anyone there. Use to be great customer service and get my contacts on time. Now no one answer the phones or emails. Go somewhere else !

Failed to provide a way to cancel my order after placing it. Customer service took forever to respond and said it was already shipped by the time they saw the email.

Scammy website, terrible customer service, currently been on hold for customer service for 30 mins after no response for 3 days from Contact Us outreach. EZ Contacts promotes "Free Shipping*" all over their website, but then the default shipping method is "3-5 business days", coming with a $9.95 shipping fee. I caught this within 2 mins of submitting my order, but have not been able to contact EZ Contacts for days and now my order (which was supposed to ship "same day") has shipped - 3 days later. With the $10 shipping charge to get delivery within a week. What is this - 1980 again???

While we do offer free shipping on select items and promotions, not all products or shipping methods are eligible. That said, we’ve issued a refund for half of your shipping fee as a courtesy. I made a purchase on 5/8 and since I had to pay for 1-2 business day shipping(free shipping is not available for promotional purchases,a way to get their promotion back) I reached out to Ruth at EZ contacts on 5/14 asking if my shipping fee will be reimbursed since they have not even shipped for a week. She advised me that handling is not part of the time estimated and refused to reimburse me. Somehow the contacts shipped that same day although she said they were out of stock. Overall, the no free shipping on promotional purchases and bad service will have me return to Costco for my contact lens needs. I would not mind waiting for the purchase if free shipping is an option. But charging me 12$ to not ship for a week is just bad service. Especially since the contacts were in stock.

Bought Oakley Flak 2.0 from ezcontacts and the Oakley custom shop the same day. There are some dissimilarities between the two. The fit, snugness and marking on the ezcontacts pair are very different. I believe ezcontacts is selling fake Oakleys at a slightly reduced price. I will not be purchasing from them again

I ordered my glasses over a month ago and still have not received them. I have had to contact them and make inquireries as to why. Not any commnication from them at all Never use this company not worth the discount

EZConacts needs to show the appropriate availability of each selection. Everytime I have ordered a pair of glasses, the pair are always on back order or "Awaiting Restock".

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received regarding a lost package. I contacted support because I never received my order, which contains contact lenses that I urgently need. Unfortunately, my interaction with the representative, Alison, was unhelpful and frustrating. Instead of providing a clear solution or escalating the issue, Alison refused to transfer me to someone else who might be able to help. She ended the call abruptly after simply telling me to wait 5–10 business days for an investigation. As a customer relying on this product, that response was incredibly frustrating and dismissive. I expected more understanding and support, especially in a situation where the product is time-sensitive. I hope the company reviews this interaction and takes steps to improve their service experience for others in the future.
