It took a while to find the good discount on the price. I wished it was easier to find the best price otherwise the order process was very simple.

They have not been responsive to my emails and I had to wait almost two weeks for my order even though I chose expedited shipping.

Product is perfect but customer service and shipping 0. My order was placed on the 17th of March but just received on !the 9th of may.

I placed my order and recieved my glasses in about 3 weeks. I paid over 500$ and selected brown as lense transition color. They sent me grey transition lenses and have not responded to my inquiry on what they can do to fix this. When and if I get a response with a solution I will change the review. If it's still at one start it means this company messed up a $500 order and left me hanging with their mistake.

I order my rx on April 19th and didn't receive my order until today May 10th. Almost a month later. That is unacceptable. I ran out of my contacts. That being said I will not be ordering from your establishment again!

The advertised delivery time of 2-5 days passed almost two weeks ago. My current pair of glasses are broken and I was hoping to get my new frames quickly which just has not happened. The customer service has been excellent as I had to change the address to my order, as it has taken so long, other than that I would not order again. Huge bummer. I have not even recieved the glasses yet.

A little pricer than a previous vendor that I was using before, but at least through this vendor they ship out relatively quickly.

So simple, very low prices, and the pricing is what it says on the website. I went to so many other sites that show a low price then add on a surcharge that is crazy expensive. EZcontacts does it right!

I placed two orders on 4/28. As of 5/10 one of the orders just received a tracking number but has not yet shipped and the second order still shows as being processed with no shipping information yet. This is taking way too long to process and ship my orders.

Notified that the frame maker is experiencing problems and they won't be available until mid May. So the jury is still out for a review.

Defective ordering system and Bad customer service. First it takes at least an hour to talk to someone and then they do not help you.
