I do market research for a living, particularly post-purchase surveys. This should not be a forced response. And if you are going to force a response, give a prompt that says "if you don't have anything to add, please write N/A." But the service and price of my item were fine.

Normally, the service is great. Customer service has been good. I don’t like the fact that we haven’t been able to get in contact with customer service on the phone, but the email response has been very quick, which is good and I also am really disappointed in the fact that I ordered contacts on April 17 and, which was a Thursday and that Monday you guys were closed for like two weeks and didn’t inform anybody and now I’m on the verge of almost being out of contacts and hoping that the ones that I ordered get here in time than that normally everything is great

I was skeptical at first because of the reviews I was seeing. I ordered these glasses for my son. And he is very happy with them. And I am very happy that the prescription was correct and the fit was perfect. It did take a month to receive them and we are okay with that. Thank you!

First time using EZcontacts and I was shocked how quickly the items I ordered were shipped. Within a couple of hours of ordering them, I received an email notification that they were shipped. The website was easy to use. Very intuitive and check out was a breeze.

EZContacts really dropped the ball here. Ordered on April 19th and never shipped until May 7th. Had to contact them to update shipping since we were leaving to our summer home May 3rd. They did update that but 18 days to for shipping....yikes.

Glasses frame that I ordered (without custom lenses, just display) took 5 weeks to mail despite site's promise of 2 to 3. I considered cancelling many times but they already had my money.

Ordered the contacts which I desperately needed, you took my money then email that your offices were closed for the next 7 days and my order would be filled after that. If I needed my contacts three weeks later I’d ordered them then. Pisses me off, I’ll use ander company next time. That’s bad business as you didn’t communicate to me and give me the option to go elsewhere which I would have and I would have thanked you for the transparency and I would be returning customer next time. Nope not coming back.

The pricing was awesome, but customer service Will not give you a call back and we have waited over a month just for it to ship. Actually going on 2 months! So unless you want to wait a long time to get your glasses, I wouldn't order here.

Paid for one day shipping for $30 and it took a week to ship. No refund or anything. SO rude.
