I'm sorry to say I'm disappointed, but I am. Firstly, the order took 3 weeks and then when it arrived it was a total DIY situation. It's probably my own fault for not seeing either the processing time or the fact the lenses would arrive in a bag for me to replace what came in the frames. I'm pretty savvy, but I'm not going to attempt the switch on my own without expansion screws in the frames. More wait time to find and pay for an optometrist to do the work. Bummer.

Before I ordered a pair of glasses from EZContacts I looked on their website to find out how long it usually took to receive them. As of today, it has been 13 days and they haven’t shipped. There were two days they were closed for Passover but the website says they usually ship in 3-5 business days.

Took two months to ship my order though I paid for expedited shipping. Did not make it in time for my wedding or honeymoon with over a month of lead time. I just got the notification that it has shipped but I have my doubts. Support was responsive with communications. Refunded the shipping cost. Intended to cancel my order but guess I’ll see where this goes at this point. Will never order from here again, would much rather just pay full price to somewhere that can fulfill a promise.

Customer service was the worst the follow up and communication was subpar. Shipping via DHL was the worst and to add insult to injury I still don’t have my order

A very unresponsive company. Never received a response after I asked 3 times in writing. Phone lines are also shut down and wont accept calls. You cannot reach them to check status or anything else but they will accept your cash.

You should be able to call and speak with a person about what’s going on with your order. Also, when your website says that it will be shipped in 3 to 5 days, it should be shipped in 3 to 5 days. It’s already been three weeks and my order still hasn’t arrived.

Well i spent the extra $19.95 for 2 business shipping and it has been 4 and still not delivered!! Normally it is quick shipping when i do the free shipping.

Pricing is good for my contacts. But don’t be in a big hurry to get them. Evidently they do not stock them; they must be ordered from the manufacturer and then when they receive them, they are sent to you. I’ll order them sooner next time!
