I paid for this order over A MONTH AGO! I was never notified of the extensive delay. Had I known I would NEVER have ordered from you. I chose ONE star because ZERO stars was not an option.

This company is amazing. I made an incorrect order and was contacted by their team before it was shipped out and was able to change it before losing hundreds of dollars. Thank goodness they double checked for me.

I ordered my contacts on April 29th and they weren’t shipped until May 6th and I’m now going to be waiting 5-7 more days for delivery. This put me in a bind.

I placed an Order for glasses on April 8. I was informed it would take 5-7 Business days to process. Eventually there was a delay in processing, and they did not notify me until I had to call severally, chat and even send emails in attempt to reach out to the customer service before I got a proper explanation and due to the urgency of my situation, they expedited the shipping, which shipped on May 3rd. Now my glasses are to be delivered tomorrow which is May 6th!. Well you can imagine my frustration. With the trauma of terrible experience I have received, it would take a lot of convincing for me to even consider thinking about using EzContact services again.

I love that EZContacts has no hidden fees! They are so easy to work with! I posed an issue and Ashley replied very promptly and it was resolved in no time. And my contacts were much cheaper than ordering them anywhere else. I have recommended them to a friend!
