It took forever to get these glasses. The bows are over an inch too long, so I can't wear them!!!

I ordered contacts on April 25th and paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. My contacts are still not here, tracking says they will be here tomorrow, May 4th. Pretty disappointed in the timeline. They weren’t even sent out to be shipped until May 1st, five days after I ordered them.

I ordered a pair of glasses they told me it would take 4-6 weeks it took 10 weeks for it to finally ship maybe they shouldn’t charge my card until they have it in stock

The size was easy to navigate and the prices can’t be beat. There some companies that charge an exorbitant fee for processing upwards of $25! I understand that there are fees for processing but that’s ridiculous. I’m glad your fee is reasonable and I’ll be returning to place a larger order.

Couldn’t select free shipping, paid for expedited, then they closed for a week. There was nothing on the site indicating they would be closed. Now it’s been over a week and I still am waiting for my contacts.
