Ordered an item that was listed on the website as in-stock. Called after 2 weeks of no shipment update. Was told it would be another 3-5 weeks. Shipped the next day, just in time for me to not get it for the event I ordered it for.

I was impressed how easy it was to order my pair of black McQueen. The description tells exactly the size of frame. Here you can buy designer brands eyeware at a fraction of its original cost. Returns are no problems. Can't beat that.

Easy to navigate the site, Prices are not rigged with so called discounts that really are just a way to jack up pricing. I like straight forward product pricing with no bait annd switch selling techniques.

My item was not shipped for almost 12 days after I ordered it. I emailed and called several times and was given zero helpful responses. I did receive an email that the entire company (??) was shut down for a holiday. Who does that and expects good customer feedback? What if I had a contact emergency, your business wouldn't be able to support me? The lack of support on this was something I haven't experienced in awhile. I generally get my contacts off of your site but I'm hard pressed to do that again.

I placed my order on April 8, and I am still waiting to receive it one month later. I also tried to reach out to EZContacts several times and only got an answer on my 4th attempt, saying they were experiencing delays...

I ordered some contact solution 4/23/24 and as of today-5/08/24 I have not received it or heard from ezcontacts as to when or if it will be shipped.Although I've not been charged some communication would be appreciated. In looking at reviews, I see this is a very common problem.

Had never heard of EZContacts and didn’t know what to expect. Saw some glasses that I loved at a retail store that were far too expensive and did a little online digging and found them at a reasonable price on EZContacts. Decided to try it. Boy did they not disappoint!!! Easy to order and had my new glasses a week later! I’m so happy I decided to try EZContacts! Will be a repeat customer! I already have sunglasses I have my eye on.

My order shipped 3 weeks late- I had to go and order contacts at a higher rice from my optometrist because of this delay. Additionally, the office was closed for more than a week after I placed my order, so I had no idea that the contacts were going to be so delayed until substantially later. I was not offered any additional discounts, I was merely told that this was an error from a different company (despite the fact that I was told I wouldn't be charged until my order shipped.... ) In the future, I will likely just pay more and actually get my contacts within a few days from a retailer like 1-800 contacts.
