The quality of the lenses and everything is good but the shipping speed needs to be worked on. Ordered a month ago and still don’t have them because the ones for my right eye are out of stock. Please don’t confirm an order if you don’t have the lenses on hand right then and there.

I ORDERED THESE GLASSES 01/06 ITS 01/31 . WHAT DO YOU THINK? IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD. IM RETURNING THE GLASSES. I BOUGHT A PAIR IN PERSON AND IT TOOK 3 DAYS TO GET NOT A MONTH.

I had to wait a bit because my frames were backordered, but they answered all of my questions along the way, and I was nervous when the box came and it was rattling. Turns out, they added cleaning products to the box and that was the cause of the sound. Thank you for the great service, the great price and the great product. I will keep you in mind the next time I need to order glasses!

The website is somewhat easy to use but I purchased and have yet to receive a confirmation email or any type of receipt of purchase. I would like to know more or less when my order will arrive.

Very poor quality. They sent lenses that were loose and made noise in the frames. They charged me $9.95 to return. Very disappointing experience all around.

Customer service is horrible.Placed a order on 1/09/2025 and my order has just been shipped out today on 1/30/2025. Apparently my glasses were backed ordered and no one reached out to update me. When I originally placed my order the were available. So I had to end up purchasing glasses elsewhere.
