Terrible experience. It took 2 weeks for the contacts to ship out during which time the company didn’t provide any information. I had to call them myself and deal with a very rude customer service agent to be advised that the contacts were not in stock and they were waiting for them to be. Mind you, when I placed the order, it showed that they had the contacts in stock. I had even paid for it expedited shipping, which was pointless to do their delays. I asked to speak to a manager and the rep wouldn’t even put me through to one. Just an awful experience. Go elsewhere to buy your contacts.

I would have given 10 stars if this was option! Outstanding service! I ordered Maui Jim sunglasses at a great price and they were delivered quickly. Packaging was perfect and the product was as described. I definitely recommend this company to those looking for sunglasses or other optical services! Thank you EZCONTACTS!

Website states 3-5 days for lenses to be fitted to the frames before they are shipped. It took 13 days for mine to finally ship. Reached out on day 13 and got the generic “ohh they will ship within 5 days” email back. Then, by an act of god they shipped the same day the email was sent.

Did a Google search for a specific Flexon Frame (only - no lenses) that I wanted. Was pointed to an (apparently outdated) web page for them on EZContacts. Put them in cart. Subscribed for the pop-up prompt discount code that was sent via email. Entered that on the page and clicked Apply and nothing happened. Tried to check out and again nothing. Went to what is apparently their new web site. Found the frames about 15% higher price. Entered the discount code and got the message it didn't apply for these frames. Wanted to call or text to discus but it was Friday just after they closed. For the next three days, I was inundated with their emails repeatedly telling me to use the discount code and place the order. I finally reached someone who confirmed it was an old web site. TBD if it will be reported to be taken down. Also the new price is the price and no further discounts. I ended up making the purchase. But as I closed my search tabs, I found I had missed using a seller with a lower price than the 'new' EZContacts price. Too much trouble to cancel. As soon as I receive the shipment, I will be Unsubscribing.

Delay in shipping of product, should have been communicated before ordering, but looks like its on its way now a few weeks later. Pricing was great, so perhaps that's the trade-off you pay.
