I ordered my frames on the 24th (01/24/2024) and won’t be getting them till the 30th (01/30/2024) after paying an extra 25 dollar two day priority shipping fee. I hope I get my frames on that day.

EZContacts says they will contact you within 24 hours if your order will be delayed, but they don't. My order was processing for over two weeks, and when I emailed them directly it took them three days to respond. I still haven't received my contacts, and I wouldn't have ordered them if I knew it would take this long.

As someone who has been a loyal customer of EZ Contacts for years, it pains me to write this review because I’ve always had great experiences with their products. They’ve been my go-to for contact lenses, and I’ve recommended them countless times. However, this recent experience has left me incredibly disappointed. I placed an order for contact lenses on January 6, and today is January 28—it looks like they’re finally being shipped. After submitting my prescription within a couple of days, I heard absolutely nothing about the status of my order. I reached out to customer service multiple times but never received a response. Over a week ago, I sent two separate messages asking to cancel my order because I could get the lenses elsewhere in just a couple of days. Still, no response. Every time I checked the status, it just said “processing in the warehouse.” Then, without any update or confirmation, the lenses were suddenly being shipped today. In the meantime, I reached out to a competitor, who graciously overnighted lenses to me at no additional charge. Their customer service was everything I wish I’d received from EZ Contacts. While I’ll keep the lenses from this order (if I ever actually receive them), I want to warn others: if you’re low on lenses and need a quick replacement, this is not the place to order from. Be prepared to wait three weeks or more before your order is shipped. It’s genuinely difficult for me to write a bad review about a company I’ve been so happy with in the past, but great customer service is everything—especially when it comes to something as essential as contact lenses. EZ Contacts, I hope you take this feedback to heart and work on your communication and order processing times because I’d love to return to being a loyal customer someday.

Dear EZ Contacts Team, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from your company. Despite my repeated attempts to contact a representative, I have yet to receive any correspondence back. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I expected better communication and support, and I am now compelled to reconsider ever using or recommending your services in the future. Please address this matter immediately and provide a clear resolution.

This includes measuring and fitting your lenses into the frame before they are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged for shipment. Terrible experience. It took 2 weeks for the contacts to ship out during which time the company didn’t provide any information. I had to call them myself and deal with a very rude customer service agent to be advised that the contacts were not in stock and they were waiting for them to be. Mind you, when I placed the order, it showed that they had the contacts in stock. I had even paid for it expedited shipping, which was pointless to do their delays. I asked to speak to a manager and the rep wouldn’t even put me through to one. Just an awful experience. Go elsewhere to buy your contacts.
