I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my recent order. I specifically ordered prescription sunglasses with the demo color BLACK, yet you have provided me with clear lenses instead. This is absolutely unacceptable. I spent almost $600 on this order, expecting to receive the correct product in a timely manner. Not only did you fail to fulfill my order correctly, but you also did not ship the item the next day as promised. I have been waiting unnecessarily and still do not have the sunglasses I paid for. I demand that this issue be addressed immediately, and that my prescription be correctly applied to the sunglasses matching the BLACK demo color, as originally ordered. I expect a prompt resolution and an expedited shipping process to rectify your mistake without any further delays. Please confirm receipt of this email and provide a concrete resolution today. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be left with no choice but to escalate further. I look forward to your swift action.

Have not received my 2 pairs of prescription glasses yet, but the customer service in the ordering process has been amazing. I hope I’m as happy when I receive products. Highly recommend their customer service up until now!

The glasses were supposed to ship out 3-5 business days after I place the order, but they shipped out after 8 business days. I sent an e-mail after the 6th day of waiting because I needed the glasses by the end of the week and had even paid for 2nd day delivery. They were quick with replying and it seemed they at least did one day delivery once it was shipped. The glasses I received however were BENT. The nose connecter was bent and even the legs were too (they didn’t sit flat on a table). I carefully had to bend the nose rim and legs myself to get them straight. If it took 3 extra days to ship from the lab, I think it should’ve been up to par. And it couldn’t have been bent during the delivery process because the box it came in was fine and snug and the glasses were in a hard case.

I was reluctant to buy Oakley Bisphearas on EZContacts because of the price I thought there had to be a “catch”. They are genuine and I couldn’t be happier.

I am a first time customer. The price for my daughter's Dailies Aquacomfort Plus lenses was the cheapest I could find online. However, I was frustrated because you kept sending me 10% discount codes but there was no way to enter them when placing my order.

I selected EZ for the promise of 5-day shipment and availability of the product. The order received a delay and they notified me of that but then 20+ days passed with not added update. I attempted to get an update 6 times via the text and email process it is seemingly useless. I just got notified of the shipment and tracking number. I am glad this may be coming to an end. If not for the lack of communication a delay is fine but that lack of reply to my requests was frustrating. I hope they fix it.

website was good - shipping is a promble - many days later with no call or email - NOT HAPPY with the shipping - didnt get them on time for my trip

Very challenging and frustrating company to deal with to resolve one simple problem i.e. replace an expiring box of contact lenses (note: within three days of receipt of order) Original order date 12/16/2023 and as of today, January 24. 2025, issue remains unresolved !!!

I ordered a new pair of my favorite sunglasses on January 9 when I saw them on sale at EZContacts. Delivery was stated as 2 weeks and exactly 2 weeks later there they were in my mailbox! Great service and exactly what I wanted.

Timely shipping. Correct contacts sent. Expiration dates 3 and 4 years out which is awesome. My only complaint is I had to"unsubscribe" because did not appreciate number of sales ads, offers, etc. Price was better than other offers. Will probably order from EZContacts again.

Even though ezcontacts does not have a item in stock, they sell the items with ‘3-5 days shipping’ sign on their website. I waited almost a month and still do not receive the item yet. So fraud advertisement.

I’ve shopped a couple times for frames and both times had issues with the delivery time not being what they estimate, it can take weeks before you receive your order and is very frustrating if you need them for travel. However every time I write them I always get a response and once I receive the frames everything is forgiven, they are just as I expected. Just be aware it will take time even if you pay shipping to get it sooner.
