Shipping is horrible, over 15 days and it's less than 40 miles from me. Customer service didn't return a single email.

Order took way too long to ship. Ordered on Jan 2, shipped on Jan 16. Also, way too many marketing emails and texts.

The price of the Ray Bans I bought was the only thing that would cause me to recommend your company. I had a couple questions as I ordered and got the answers the next day, after I looked up the answers and went ahead with the purchase. When I tried to pay with my Discover, I got a message saying “Cancel Discover”. OK, I paid with another car. Soon I received a message saying I paid with my Discover. Did I pay twice? I decided to make sure the next day. I was on wait for a couple hours and eventually decided to get a call back. It came after more than an hour while I ran into the bathroom—not your fault—. I got an email the next day saying I could expect the glasses within the week. Almost two weeks later—today—I got a message that my glasses were shipped. We’ll see.

Unsatisfactory. Ordered item on Jan 4 with promise of 3-5 days shipping and did not receive shipping confirmation until Jan 23. Lots of emails back and forth with customer service, but they were not helpful.

While the reason my glasses were delayed wasn’t offered initially, I greatly appreciate the communication, flexibility and integrity shown in the process. They found a flaw in the original frames and instead of send a flawed product they reordered the frames. But, because the timeline wasn’t what I was looking for, due to no fault of their own, they allowed me to switch styles. I am very satisfied. Thank you.

Been waiting over a month for a pair of glasses. Every time I call they give me a different answer as to why there has been such a delay. Last time I called again for the 5th time, the lady stated that this delay is very unusual and not "normal" for company guidelines and she would be reaching out to see what the problem is. I still have not heard back... I told her that if you guys are simply not able to get the glasses, stop delaying me and promising they will come and let me pick out a different pair at a discounted rate for this crazy lack of care and time on their end.

After an extremely long wait on the phone, I was informed that my order was out of stock, resulting in a four-day delay and subsequently delaying the delivery. Had they informed me earlier, I could have decided whether to wait or purchase the contacts elsewhere. When I asked if they could expedite the shipping to make up for the delay, they declined to cover the cost.

Ordered a pair of glasses by Oliver Peoples in late December and still haven’t received them. After I placed the order they told me they were out of stock and I asked why didn’t they note this when they pitched the sale!!!! Crickets. Each time I call they say it should be two weeks. Very poor customer service and I may just cancel my order because it’s getting ridiculous!!!’

I had to follow up twice to ask where my order was with no response from EZ and on the third with the threat of protesting the charge on my cc and after about 6 weeks I'm notified that they are being shipped. That's "Label Created Awaiting Shippment according to USPS. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS IT? You tell me!

EZContacts is a great company to order from. You fill out your information and that’s it. Reordering is also easy. They pull up your past order and it’s done. The prices are lower than most websites so it’s a win win.
