Price, customer service (editing order to use different payment method), communication, delivery - all great. Disappointing was one of the 6 months supply contact lens boxes I received expires in Sept 2025 (order placed Jan 2025). Luckily I noticed otherwise could easily be using expired contact lens. Rest of boxes have dates in 2028/9.

I ordered sunglasses from their site. I waited and waited for for EZCONTACTS to tell me it will take longer to get them because they never had them in stock. It's been about a MONTH now and I still haven't gotten my order. Order from an honest company who lets you know before YOU order that the item is OUT OF STOCK!!!! If I were informed that they didn't have the item I would of ordered from a different company that had the item in stock.

Should not take over two weeks just for some frames. Very disappointed. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I had to get them somewhere anyways. I’ll just keep these for back up. No bueno!!

All our products - eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and eyecare - are 100% authentic and are purchased directly from the manufacturer (or their authorized distributors) that produces these products for brand-name eyewear and eyecare companies, and your glasses will include all the accessories (e.g. branded case and cloth, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, etc.) provided by the manufacturer to ensure their authenticity. That being said, if it appears that the glasses you received are defective in any way, please email us at help@ezcontacts.com with pictures of the issues and we'll be glad to assist you in refunding you or reshipping a new frame. I didnt place 2 orders but you have sent me 2 orders. I logged in to place an order but didnt have the prescription with me to upload so i closed it out. I logged in again later to place order with the script. now i have been billed 2x with 2 orders.

I ordered contacts from this company, then requested a cancellation because I entered the wrong prescription and they never replied to my email. Just shipped the wrong prescription to me !!

Glasses took over three weeks to just "process" before they were even shipped out. Very poor processing time. This resulted me in not being able to use my expensive perscription sunglasses on a trip that I needed them on. When I contacted them in order to request expedited shipping for their slow processing time, no one responded to me. So the company has terrible customer service as well.

I just purchased Ray Ban New Wayfarers sunglasses and Persol reading glasses at a bargain price. More importantly the service I received was exceptional. There really is no other place to go glasses shopping!

Ordered Jan 2, 2025. Credit card processed Jan 3, 2025. I contacted them thru their website 3 times Jan 9, 10 and no response. I called 4 times and left 1 message and the other 3 times my phone numbered wasn’t being recorded properly and after trying over 10 times each call, their automated system could not get the numbers I typed correctly- it had 999777333 instead of “973” every time I typed it out. After another 32 hours I received a reply phone call from the first automation message and she was completely clueless. She did find out the contacts were on delay from the manufacturer and said it’s not their responsibility to tell the customer about a delay of if it’s out of stock. She said she would contact the manufacturer and get back to me within a day… it has now been 3 days and no response. There is no area on their website to “cancel” an order, just “return”, which I obviously can’t do since I don’t even know if I’ll be receiving them. Great prices, not sure if you’ll get the contacts though
