The wait was two weeks longer than expected, customer service is hard to get through to, the hold time was over an hour. I will not be using them again.

I ordered a gift for Christmas for my spouse. The order ETA was stated that it would be delivered in plenty of time. To only now, get a notice that the product has shipped nearly a month later is atrocious. No apology, no offer to make amends. I would never recommend that anyone purchases goods from EZContacts.

I've been using EZcontacts since 2018, They are the best! I love that I can upload my prescription via image and easily select my doctor. The points you receive with every order comes is a plus Also I opt in for the deals on contact lenses which is also very convenient. Never ordering anywhere else. Highly recommend.

The rate for delivery is unreal for 2 day it’s twice the price of the item I won’t be using this again

I’ve ordered from EZContacts before with no issue. This time, I ordered a Christmas present for my girlfriend on December 2nd. When I ordered it said the item was in stock and would arrive within 5-7 business days. Didn’t ship until January 20th.

I saw EZContacts online and had to check out their legitimacy, as their price was so much lower than one of their competitors, which I had been ordering contact lenses from for more than 2 decades. The process was just as simple and I received my order in a mere 3 days! I was super happy! Will definitely order again!

I have ordered several times from EZContacts and have been happy with the contacts and their service each time. I had previously ordered from another company and unfortuately found several of the contacts to be unusable. This has rarely happened with the contacts sent be EZContact and on the few ocations it did, it might have been user error. The reason for the 4 vs. 5 star rating is because the free postage is not offered when a promotional/coupon price is offered, which doesn't seem to be clearly stated. That made it a little challenging to figure out when trying to place my order and a postage price kept showing up. Over all this seems to be very good company.

Price, customer service (editing order to use different payment method), communication, delivery - all great. Disappointing was one of the 6 months supply contact lens boxes I received expires in Sept 2025 (order placed Jan 2025). Luckily I noticed otherwise could easily be using expired contact lens. Rest of boxes have dates in 2028/9.

I ordered sunglasses from their site. I waited and waited for for EZCONTACTS to tell me it will take longer to get them because they never had them in stock. It's been about a MONTH now and I still haven't gotten my order. Order from an honest company who lets you know before YOU order that the item is OUT OF STOCK!!!! If I were informed that they didn't have the item I would of ordered from a different company that had the item in stock.

Should not take over two weeks just for some frames. Very disappointed. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I had to get them somewhere anyways. I’ll just keep these for back up. No bueno!!

All our products - eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and eyecare - are 100% authentic and are purchased directly from the manufacturer (or their authorized distributors) that produces these products for brand-name eyewear and eyecare companies, and your glasses will include all the accessories (e.g. branded case and cloth, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, etc.) provided by the manufacturer to ensure their authenticity. That being said, if it appears that the glasses you received are defective in any way, please email us at help@ezcontacts.com with pictures of the issues and we'll be glad to assist you in refunding you or reshipping a new frame.
