Ez contacts. My order never arrived two weeks ago. I called and the rep told me they were out of stock. I was never advised. The sales rep proceeded to sell me another brand. After she told me it was 2995 for next day shipping and charged me for the new set of contacts to be shipped out. She says oh it’ll be two weeks because they’re out of stock and then I had to deal with getting a refund for what she just charged Now it brings me to this next order. It is still not here yet. It was ordered on Thursday of last week today shipping I called. They said oh I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do. They didn’t refund me the shipping they didn’t do anything. Customer service is terrible.

I ordered these frames a month ago and sent a couple follow-up requests of when I was going to receive the non prescription frames. I finally received and update I was supposed to receive them today and as of 7:49pm, I still have not received the product. For what was supposed to be a Christmas present, arriving over a month late, I’m very disappointed of how long it’s taking.

Let me start w/ the pricing , outstanding. You will be able to find similar designs from makers of great caliber, such as Dolce & Gabbana. You may even visit a retailer like “Lenscrafters” and jot down the model number from a certain eyewear and then find it for a cheaper price on EZcontacts. Great quality , easy returns , FSA/HSA payment accepted.

So disappointed. Frames are beautiful, but the prescription isn’t correct. Very strong and feels skewed. I’ve ordered online from other companies and this is by far the worst lenses I’ve gotten. Not even wearable at this point.

Placed my order almost a moth ago, still have not received. Last week I followed up and was told 6 more days which passed already. I followed up again yesterday, no response. Total waste of my time! If you do not have the product, do not advertise that you have! you took my money and make wait without even having a dicency to follow up.

Prices were good, but they claim they have "Experts" verify your prescription, well I accidentally ordered backwards from my prescription and they shipped what I ordered anyway. So much for checking the prescription. And I just saw the number on my contacts and didn't realize it was a + and should have been a - and opened a box. They will not take back opened boxes, which I understand, but they are at fault too and did nothing to help me out. I had to eat the entire cost of that box, which is not cheap. I did reorder the correct ones because I could get them at the same price and they were $15-$20 more on other sites, but I had to pay shipping again and they didn't even offer a discount for that or anything off my order to compensate for their error. Now I am waiting for the refund on the 3 boxes I was able to return.

Pricing was great. Turn around time was super slow. Communication from support was dodgy. I went into support three different times. Each time, weeks apart, they would say the glasses were 2–4 days away.

Terrible, experience, they claim in stock and overnight shipping, it took two weeks to get my order shipped. Promo code process is a joke. Total scam. I will promptly return my items for a full refund.
