Todavía no m llegan espero m gusten m encantan d color .lo u ico k no m gusta es que en la tienda d contactos dice k m llegarán 1 vez por mes cosa k no kiero. O me daba la opción d compra por una vez y anule la suscripción porque primero kiero ver aver si m e van a gustar

I placed my order for a pair of over 500 eyeglasses around December 22, 2024 and it has not arrived or even sent out of your warehouse. I give a really bad comment.

Great service, but stabilize your prices. Prices vary and I needed to go to different websites for each of my eye prescriptions. And lower your shipping prices. $10 for a single 6-pack of contacts is ridiculous.

I had trouble ordering from EZ. Two different web sites, took me to EZ, and gave me two different prices. When I tried to check if the 1st order had went thru, I was NEVER able to see the actural charge. So I went DIRECTLY to EZ contacts, and reordered. Once contacted by Customer service, I told the person to Cancel one order, I didn't need two. So after severl emails back and forth, I received a $40 refund, and assumed order #2 had been cancelled. Not so, ONE MONTH LATER, I received the SAME exact order, when no new order had been sent. Disappointed, but lesson learned. Watch for double orders.

I made a last minute purchase because I needed new glasses for 2024. I called to find out about them and the girl said they were working then on Monday and it’s Sunday and started a chat and Rod tells me they are waiting to be stocked and doesn’t know when it will be restocked. Shouldn’t I have been made aware of this sooner than now. Never will I do business with y’all again. You have lost a customer. Not like y’all care anyway.

EzContacts provide fast delivery and service. I just wish for the price point they were delivered to the door and not placed in the mailbox by USPS. I love the RayBan Erika metal Pink Photochromatic sunglasses because I developed light sensitivity after cataract surgery, they are the perfect pink and help when indoors as well on cloudy rainy days. Will be shopping for the brown in the near future. Thank you Rayban and EzContacts for a needed product.

I wanted to wait until the frames arrived to write this. They are exactly what I wanted. Look great. I would add to your site that these are new glasses with demo lenses but new and not used. That was why I waited. The process was easy and clear. And Modo glasses are great because they are light weight which is what I wanted. I just order a second pair. Thank you Kathie Weston
