The agent was very helpful and curtious.everything was great except she said that she can't accept my 20 % coupon for first time customer. The computer would not let her. She did give me 5% off.

Finally did my second order. There was too many contact daily although when I was ready, I could order easily. I did say I want contacts monthly shipped to my daughter at college but forgot to say what day monthly. The 1st of the month would be great using the same card as the one I used. Thank you

I have a place an order almost a month ago and they are still pending, not an email to tell me the delay or a compensation for the delay. I will stop using them going foward.

Finding my contacts was easy and I'm thankful for a promo code. The only thing was verifying my prescription. I uploaded it multiple times and was always told it wasn't valid. But then my contacts were still shipped. Overall confusing and unclear on if my contacts are currently shipping with the correct lenses.

I ordered my glasses 2 weeks ago got an email last week stating that dolce was a little behind with shipping orders. Here it is rolling into the 3rd week and I haven’t heard anything from EZContacts. I ordered my glasses before my sister did and she’s already received her glasses highly upset.

EZContacts is exactly as it's name. I have been ordering my contacts from here for 8 years and I will only order from here. Every time has been completely hassle free, never had a problem. Always arive on time if not early. I love it here😁

It took 2.5 weeks for my contacts to ship. I had to call to find out why. They had to order more contacts from the manufacturer, which is fine and understandable, but I would have appreciated some communication as to why there was such a delay.
