I enjoyed my order from EZContacts and everything went well, except that I was not made aware during the order or notified after placing the order that my contacts were not in stock and it would take extra time to ship. My order did not ship until over 2 weeks after I placed my order.

Took a month for my order to be shipped out. It took 5 emails to customer service to ship my package. Never gonna use this website again

The customer service has been disappointing. I’ve sent multiple emails but haven’t received a response, despite their policy stating I should expect one within 1-2 business days. I also called for assistance, but I was simply told to wait for an email response, even though it’s been two weeks without any update.

I have contacted EZcontacts 2x now with no response. I paid $20 for 2 day shipping, and its been 4 days. I would not recommend and will not buy from here again.

I ordered my item on Dec 19th and it did not even ship until Jan 6th. It is now Jan 7th and I have yet to receive my item. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and when I originally ordered it, it was said to be here on time for Christmas. Very disappointing.

You would think optometrists offices that offer frames after you’ve received your new script would get it. But it seems now most of the independents have been bought by a chain. You might see a frame style you like or a color but if it’s not the correct size they will not order it in for you. I’ve had some sort of optical insurance for ever and these days it’s not discounting the cost of eye glasses much at all. So I hate paying for frames without the reduced insurance discount. EXCEPT for now …. EZContacts offers so many styles of frames , sizes and colors that i can find my next frames at a real discount often paying less than with the insurance discount. I like the fact that I can order a few different frames and really try them on at home. Return the ones I don’t choose and bring my “ keepers” in to the office. I’ve not been brave enough to order lenses yet but the options of buying frames through EZContacts is a game changer.

I bought 2 pairs of glasses from them... 1 was discontinued(but I found the same pair at Macy's). 1 was not.. I got an email saying my order was cancelled because the discontinued pair... No explanation on the other pair.. emailed about the 2nd pair and they did not cancel the order but still have not shipped and it's over 2 weeks... Prices are ok but better to pay a little more and get your items sooner with .more clarity

My new go-to company for contact lenses! I've been using my two-week lenses purchase for the past few months and all of the lenses have been feeling comfortable, working perfectly, and I have no complaints! That reassurance along with the fact that I can order the quantity which I want are the reasons I will continue to purchase with EZ CONTACTS! I was in contact with Customer Service for about a week. Emailing back and forth needing the correct information. The person whom helped me was thorough in what they needed. I just didn't understand it all completely. I had asked for a phone call a time or two to make sure I was understanding everything that was needed. So that was a little frustrating but overall everything came out well.
