Been waiting over a month for a pair of glasses. Every time I call they give me a different answer as to why there has been such a delay. Last time I called again for the 5th time, the lady stated that this delay is very unusual and not "normal" for company guidelines and she would be reaching out to see what the problem is. I still have not heard back... I told her that if you guys are simply not able to get the glasses, stop delaying me and promising they will come and let me pick out a different pair at a discounted rate for this crazy lack of care and time on their end.

After an extremely long wait on the phone, I was informed that my order was out of stock, resulting in a four-day delay and subsequently delaying the delivery. Had they informed me earlier, I could have decided whether to wait or purchase the contacts elsewhere. When I asked if they could expedite the shipping to make up for the delay, they declined to cover the cost.

Ordered a pair of glasses by Oliver Peoples in late December and still haven’t received them. After I placed the order they told me they were out of stock and I asked why didn’t they note this when they pitched the sale!!!! Crickets. Each time I call they say it should be two weeks. Very poor customer service and I may just cancel my order because it’s getting ridiculous!!!’

I had to follow up twice to ask where my order was with no response from EZ and on the third with the threat of protesting the charge on my cc and after about 6 weeks I'm notified that they are being shipped. That's "Label Created Awaiting Shippment according to USPS. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS IT? You tell me!

EZContacts is a great company to order from. You fill out your information and that’s it. Reordering is also easy. They pull up your past order and it’s done. The prices are lower than most websites so it’s a win win.

I have never ordered perscription glasses online. Janeka (sp?) was wonderful. She was so patient with my and very helpful. Her customer service was excellent!

I ordered my glasses on the 9th. It is now the 22nd and they have not even shipped. I’m very disappointed in the timeline at this point I just prefer a refund.

I had paid for sunglasses 32 days latter they still do not have them i canceled the order they they kept the payment for that long costumer service is the worst they don't care I had paid for the shipping wich they didn't not give that back, if you want to give them money and get upset EZCONTACTS IS THE ONE!!!!!!

I have been wearing contact lenses since 1990 the last time I placed an order was 2020 and when I went to place another order with the company that I have previously ordered from it was a difficult process there was extreme price gouging the site kept freezing up and I had a tremendous amount of difficulty trying to upload my prescription in my frustration I somehow stumbled onto the EZContacts web site and said a little prayer and tried it and 1 2 3 I had ,uploaded my prescription, was pleased with the total price and I placed my order. A few hours later I received notification that my order has shipped I cannot explain how pleased I am

After placing the order, it took a long time to receiving shipping information. In fact, I believe I did only because I inquired about it. I would not recommend to friends or family due to the long "processing" time over 10 days!

Where are they? I ordered my eye ointment on Dec 29th. It is now Jan 21st and no ointment! I need this nightly for my cornea disease. I am very disappointed!

Placed an order for glasses weeks ago. Was told the order’s been delayed - no update was given. I’ve been left in limbo. Unfortunately, I get plenty of spam advertisements in my mailbox, but no updates on the status of my order.
